if they can speak korean they've worked in korea..but its much cheaper to operate a korean language school in the philippines. or maybe an affordable korean school.
Next time you should pull the spring in top middle cieling of the jeepney. Some jeepney uses string connected to the front that makes light and sound signalling the driver to stop. Long jeepneys drivers use it because sometimes they can"t hear the passengers wanting to get out from the jeepneys. FYI.
