  • This is a great exercise for building core and pelvic stability. We need to be able to control the motion of the pelvis in sport, especially for golf performance and injury prevention.
    Make sure to keep the low back and pelvis in a neutral position from the start and throughout the exercise. When we struggle or no longer can, this is where we stop and return back to the knee towards chest position to complete the rep.
