- A police chase in Youngstown, Ohio ended very poorly for several drivers after a man sped off from officers and caused a multi-vehicle crash. The suspect, Raymond Ortiz, apologized to cops and the other people involved in the wreck before he was sent to the hospital. Ortiz was charged with fleeing and eluding, drug possession, and driving with a suspended license.

How hard is it to not live a life of crime? It takes less energy to just be a good citizen.
People get desperate man. They lose their job they do drugs they probably lost their job because of drugs. They then use the drugs to cope with the loss of a job run out of money and shut gets real. Some people just shut down under stress. It's self sabotage through and through
I agree. It's so embarrassing to say, but this is my hometown. Unfortunately, it never recovered from its heyday when the steel mills were thriving. My late mother thought it was only a good place for the old and retired. Its really depressing even when visiting. The closest big cities are Cleveland to the west and Pittsburgh to the east. And yes, the city and households were divided between Browns and Steelers.

All departments should have the auto-shutoff on the siren when the patrol vehicle is put in park. Man, that would drive me nuts just trying to hear a suspect or a witness with that crap just blaring away.
