I know you said your closet cleanout videos feel repetitive but to me this felt very fresh and I enjoyed it a lot. As for the things to keep or donate, I have to agree with you that the tiered black and white dress just isn't quite right. Both the print and the cut sort of overwhelm your petite lines. I did love the blue skirt at 23:45 , the white blouse at 24:01 (maybe have it altered to fit tighter around the waist), and the pumps at 24:49. I hope my little opinions are helpful. 😄 🖤
Girl you look adorable in everything. Your outfits always look super cute. The one you didnt like with the collard shirt and pinafore i loved on you. Also i wish i could get ur donation bags 😝😆
Thank you so much !! I think the outfit would look better with a blouse with a smaller rounder collar! The dress does have a 1940s nurse vibe (but more modern). Thank you !!!
Dress @ 23:38 , Dress @23:51, Blouse@24:01, Blouse@24:08, Blouse@24:17, Blouse@24:27, Sweater@24:34 and Shoes@24:45 I say definitely keep all of these. Also Carolina, would you ever consider doing a video somewhere like High Park, Edwards Gardens or elsewhere alike which would be a personal favorite of yours as a local to Toronto? Let's see you in one or more of your outfits against the colors of a springtime floral backdrop!
Just in case you need a reminder you are stunningly gorgeous no matter what you wear! You have the prettiest features and hair that fit perfect with any decade.
I can so relate to the “this is actually pretty good for me” lol I say that too after I still have sooo many of something and I got rid of some ha ha ❤❤
The grandmother comment cracked me up 😂😂. I get sometimes wanting to fit in a little more! Pleated shorts are a good way to wear something shorter while staying vintage. Think Rita Hayworth! Also I thought the striped dress was like a cute vintage nurse vibe!! But if you don’t love it, donate 😊.
haha yess I love high waisted shorts for the summer, they are more casual tho and I wouldn't wear them on a night out. I keep a couple of short dresses for that because people will look at me weird if I show up in a nice dress at a bar lol. Imagine showing up in a 1950s plaid skirt on girls night....
Carolina, if you haven't already done one, I would love to see a video on your vintage umbrella collection and on your process of decluttering your perfumes and a perfume collection! Also, a film recommendation you may like would be Gidget (1959) and some television shows you could check out would be Green Acres, Petticoat Junction, Bewitched, Happy Days, and Gilligan's Island, if you haven't already seen them! Also, for your maybe outfits, that you're not ready to part ways with quite yet, make a separate storage bin (whether it's a box or garment bag, etc.) and store them separately from where you keep your regular clothes (that you hang in your closet or your regular storage) and if you haven't seen yourself reaching for them (you can choose your own deadline, ex.) like in two weeks, four months, by the end of this summer, etc). then you know you can donate them, it will be like your time will tell box! Also for me personally, if I'm out of my regular clothes for whatever reason, I don't tend to count this as "wearing" them, but if you reach for it because it's the only one you have when all your regular clothes are in the wash, then it's time for it to go, just another helpful decluttering tip! With the hat stands, keep them the colors that they are, they're beautiful!
oooh thank yo so much for the movie and tv show recommendations! and for the helpful decluttering tips ! 😊 I think I'm keeping the hat stand the colour they are !
Oh, I love that black and white dress on you! And on the topic, it actually reminds me a lot of Chanel! 😉 I can totally see you doing a photo shoot in that dress with the black perfume bottle and a very Vogue cover-inspired big angled black hat, it would all really suits your features! Also, love that mint/blue thin striped skirt, otherwise no particular opinions on the rest 🤷♀💕
Gosh I love your wardrobe! I wish I could get the turquois coloured skirt you tried on at the end. Also, I actually really liked the short sleeved blouses (white, light pink and yellow) on you 😊 but you have so many amazing pieces I feel like if your are ready to let them go, let them go Ohh and I got so excited when you showed the blue shorts! I got some that look very similar to them. Mine have huge pockets on them and are the most flattering pair of shorts I've ever tried. Most other shorts look like a box on me 😂
Thank you so much ! I love the blouses themselves but I think they look a bit too baggy on me. Omg ok no one talks about how hard it is to find nice fitting shorts! It can make or break an outfit.
Love your sense of humor, with the winter coats (This is actually pretty good for me 😊)! Your so kind and generous with the donations, love the black and white dress and second pair of shoes keep them. Are you going to put the fur coat in storage too or just keep it on the door? Just wondering! 😊
hahaha OK but it is ! The pile used to be way bigger! I'm not sure, last summer I just left it hanging there but I need a cotton garment bag to store it properly... I should probably put it away so its not just hanging there collecting dust.
I am losing weight and need to size some of my things down. There should be a vintage clothing swap because I have so many good things I would love to swap with someone that has a few sizes smaller.
Ok nerd alert: I think you’d be considered a “Dramatic Classic” in the Kibbe image ID system, which could explain why you feel overwhelmed with a busy black & white print…but as far as the color palette goes, you’re likely a Winter season and so can definitely pull off black and white colors!
I've never been able to figure out what Kibbe body shape I am. I don't think I'm a Dramatic classic because my waist to hip ratio is too big. It doesn't look like it but I struggle to find things to fit my waist, its pretty small. I looked at celebrities that have that body shape and it doesn't look like mine at all. I'm also softer and don't look muscular. I've been trying to figure it out for a while! I always thought of myself as an autumn because of my undertones (I'm latin american) it's hard to tell because I don't spend time in the sun but I should be more tan, if you go back a couple of summers on my channel you can see me being tan, I can go up like 4-5 foundation shades, I look like a different person LOL. But maybe I'm a winter? I know bright colours don't look good on me, grey looks awful on me, but I look great in red and maroon! I look better in brown/blue than black. I should sit down and figure it out haha
@@CarePinglo any ID can have a tiny waist! That’s not indicative of a certain body type. Your overall proportions read very balanced and moderate, which is why I thought you were some sort of Classic-and you wear classic lines very well :) You could also be a Soft Classic if you feel you require waist definition to really “pop.” I’m SE Asian and also thought I was an autumn because I have naturally brown skin & tan easily! But then I found out that tan doesn’t necessarily equal “warm” + I realized I have olive undertones (which has blue). It was certainly a shock to find out I actually lean neutral-cool 😅 But of course you may be different & I’m just speculating!
Yes! When I trying to figure out what type I am the most similar ended up being soft classic. I always feel like I need to define my waist properly or something feels off. Rounded peter pan collars looks better vs pointed one. (its easy to see in the first outfit I wore compared to the second day). When looking at photos of soft classics I feel it more closely resembles my body shape. I don't look muscular and I'm more soft and my shoulders are more rounded. I find this whole thing fascinating and I've been trying to learn about it to figure out what I am but its hard! haha oooh super interesting! I'll try out some winter tones and see how I feel. You might be on to something here! For the most part I tend to stay away from bright blues and greens so I automatically ruled it out, but I have certain muted shades of blue I love on me (like the sweater I am wearing on the first day).
“Like I’m being sponsored by Coco Chanel. Please” 😂😂😂
LOL the dream tbh!

Yes I also would split the every day dresses and the more special luxe dresses. 😊 The endresult is beautiful! 🥰

Thank you so much 💕💕💕 we are our worst critic
I would keep first floral dress and that black and white one. So cute and unique 🥰
Carolina, I love the collar on that white shirt and then paired with the dress is soo cute! You can’t be serious?! You look super cute!
I love the black and white dress! I think it would be pretty for the holiday season, like maybe new years or something like that.
It's a really fun dress, I wore it for a horse race a couple of years ago but I'm not sure how "me" it is anymore.
@@CarePinglo I get that, It’s beautiful though and if you donate it someone will definitely think it’s a treasure find at the thrift store!
I can so relate to the “this is actually pretty good for me” lol I say that too after I still have sooo many of something and I got rid of some ha ha ❤❤
I really like the sweater you are wearing the baby blue
23:53 that dress is amazing

Just a suggestion-buy wooden hangers and watch you love your closet even more.
I've debated that in the past but they take up so much room in the closet, if I had a walk in closet I would!
@@CarePinglo Ah. Good thinking.
I’m in Texas, and I’m wearing a sweater today.
haha I cant imagine Texas being under 20 degrees this time of year!
@@CarePinglo And I’m wearing another sweater this morning.
I loved this video! Inspiring me to go into my wardrobe and clear out
Thank you ! It feels amazing to have the extra space. The clutter was interfering with me being organized
I love your videos 📹 they inspire me so much ❤
Thank you so much !!
well it is still chilly across the lake here in Ohio so I totally understand stil lneeding warm clothes
💫Love your 👗style, doll💫
Thank you !!!
Yes, wear your Laura Ashley dress for a shoot.
Keep everything short, and keep the blousier shirts. Keep the ots's.
I am losing weight and need to size some of my things down. There should be a vintage clothing swap because I have so many good things I would love to swap with someone that has a few sizes smaller.
Keep the cream blouse and red blouse donate the rest

Please don´t paint them, keep the orinigal color on.
I'm thinking of keeping the original colour! I thought they might be too bright but they actually look great !
Please dont paint them leave them how they are!
I think I am going to keep the colours!
