Thank you !! Haha we are out harshest critics !! I like the outfit in person but it looks different on camera. But really it doesnt matter at the end of the day haha
Hi Carolina, love your content. In a future post wouldn’t mind seeing what books or other references you own or use for your vintage information and direction.
Hi Carolina! I absolutely LOVE your content and your Thrift hauls! For someone who has no idea how to shop for vintage clothing, is it possible to do an introductory video on some key pieces to buy at thrift stores, or what to look for when building a capsule wardrobe from the 1940s? I would love to focus on winter as we are currently in October. Thank you!
Hi Carolina I love to see all the beautiful things you find! I particularly like the green tray table it's lovely. Your style is so elegant thank you for sharing with us🌞
Thank you so much ! The tray table was such a find! much better than the modern ones I've seen (Usually plastic or they have those bean bag things at the bottom)
Oh, I love that magazine rack and handheld mirror!!! 😍 Your Lookbooks and vlogs are always my favourite!!! So to however many you can make and I'll be a happy little subscriber!!! ☺💕
Ok right !! The magazine rack is beautiful ! Fingers crossed there is a nice wood underneath if not I’ll paint it a plain colour, cream or maybe that green shade ? Or the colour of my comforter ? Not sure haha thank you !! I’ll try to do more lookbooks soon !
Oh mine have risen a lot too !! Some of the prices are ridiculous. I saw a chair (that was falling apart… literally the leg broke when I lifted it) for $69 💀 A SINGULAR CHAIR. Random tin boxes are $4.99. Candle holders $12.99 it’s a joke. My sister overhead the staff the other day saying to raise the prices a bit more 🙃 she was shook. I understand inflation and everything is more expensive but they get their items for free…
Oooooo, I think my favorite is the comb/mirror/tray set however close second would be the painting tray! It’s adorable too. Excited for the videos to come- would love to see collection videos! Also how you store your “non seasonal” items when you switch out your wardrobe and how you choose with your basics. How you plan what your looking for when shopping type of thought process with your collection if that makes any sense! Just so curious! ❤
omg awks sorry for the super late reply!! 💕 I am in love with the comb/mirror/tray set too! The colour is beautiful! Thats a great idea! I can film a "how to thrift" video. I'm sure someone on youtube has done this video but everyone has different tips! I'll add that to my list!
OMG i'm dyingg everything is SO pretty! Also Carolina giiirl I wish I had you hair so bad, also any tips for keeping them curled all day? I use pomade and hairspray but minutes when I'm out they starting to loose the curls 😒
Thank you !!! and I just use hairspray and sometimes pomade ! Setting lotion helps, have you tried that ?? also length makes a HUGE difference! When my hair was longer it wouldn't hold for long. I am thinking of cutting mine a bit shorter in February for this reason
I think it would be a good idea if a card company reproduced some of those old style cards. Nit just valentines but also the sort of birthday cards we received as children that when okened revealed a pop up picture of cute animals or flowers. Some cards even smelt of a sirt of perfume as you opebed it. Tidays cards are nothing special really, and i never find any that are in the least bit special. In charity shops you can sometimes find vintage cards which i get very tempted to buy.
My favorite find is your sailor sweater. You were conscious of your outfit you are wearing, but I think it looks darling on you.

I love the small green table 💚

Love the sailor sweater, and the tea tray/table with the daffodils is everything
Thank you !! Sailor style sweaters are the best and kinda hard to come by?
That tapestry is a draftblocker you would sit in front of the fireplace and put it on the outside of you to keep the heat in
You could always decoupage the hat box to make it the style you want

Your videos always make me want to go thrifting haha. The Value Village near me raised their prices though and it doesn't feel like a deal anymore 😔

@@CarePinglo Exactly! The pricing is getting out of hand. Luckily there are still some treasures hidden there for us to find 😉

@@CarePinglo Please do!
believe it's pronounced cell - you - loid ! loved your outfit btw you looked so good!! don't doubt yourself, you're killing it!!
Is it ??? I don’t think I’ve ever said it out loud until now, I’ve only read it and google had it as: “cel·lu·loid” 😂 oops haha. thank you so much !
I think cell-u-loud is also correct, it’s like tom-ay-to, tom-a-to

@@CarePinglo i'll try setting lotion thank you! My hair is shorter than yours so I thought I'll be fine but nope 😮💨
