You've come a long way Crystal! I have a doll with 3 faces and I think this baby bonnet will cover the faces that need to be covered. I made a regular hat and didn't do the job. Of course! So glad I checked out your videos starting with the oldest. Excited!
Funny! I just did the same thing. I've never made it through all the videos so figured' what the heck! I'll just start at the beginning and work my way forward! Found this bonnet and decided to give it a go for donating.
As alaways, an excellent tutorial! Made my first baby bonnet in one try! So appreciate the step by step instructions and fabulous tips! Will always be my go to channel for crocheting!
Hi, thanks for this tutorial,I make clothes for angel babies and was able to make this smaller by using a smaller hook and make the beginning circle wth less rounds, so I'm sure it is possible to resize either way. Very pretty .
I'm crocheting a baby blanket with the shell pattern and wanted to try my had at a baby bonnet. I found your tutorial and it was perfect match for the baby blanket. The Bonnet came out so cute and it was so easy to follow your instructions . Thank you so much.
Thank you for showing me how to make this adorable baby bonnet. It came out adorable. I am going to use it for my granddaughters baptism. Thank you again.
I just finished my first ever bonnet with your tutorial and it came out absolutely amazing! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you so much!!
Hi, I finally made this bonnet, I am really pleased with it. Thank You so much for this tutorial. Your instructions are so easy to follow.. I will try a bag next.
only just started crocheting. i have been looking for baby bonnets thank you this tutorial looks easy to follow. i will post my trys on your facebook page.
Rhonda Hearn (just in case the other person doesn't respond) I decided to try to make an adult version of this bonnet too and I'm actually working on it right now and almost finished. I'm using a bigger hook (size J/10 - 6.00MM Boye brand) and you could probably use most any yarn you want, but I'm using a more thick puffy yarn for mine. It's coming out well so far! Comes down a smidge past my ears so I probably should've made it longer in that way, but otherwise I've reached like 11 rows of shells so far and I'm about to make 2 more and see how it looks on me. :)
Omg! This is the sweetest bonnet! Exactly what I was looking for. On the third row from back I used a contrasting color. And ribbon for the tie! Love this pattern super easy good job on the video
You are the best crochet tutorial on RUclips. I love all your baby patterns...........I've done the dresses, bonnets, all of them. So easy to follow and create a great item every time. Please do more children's clothes. 😀😀😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi crystal thanks for the bonnet I’ve just finished a white one for a friends baby you make things seem so easy and great to follow once again thanks from the uk.
Thank you so much for making this video tutorial! :) It was very helpful! I made one big enough for my 22 year old head (used a size J hook and did 12 rows of shells) in these past few hours (took breaks). I'll wear it as part of my primitive country/prairie costume tomorrow for Halloween, as well as the local "Victorian Stroll" in my city in December! I'm sure I'll wear it a lot daily too~
Crystal, it is 2019 and I am looking for another baby bonnet. I just want you to know that in 5 years, your videos improve by leaps and bounds. But you stay this sweet and creative in the future.
I made it bigger by continuing the patterns when increasing, kept golding it against the back of my head and increasing till I got it the size I wanted.
I'm making my first bb blanket using your video. So far, so good lol. But I also want to add a bb hat, not bonnet. Could you do a vid for that? I'm brand new to crocheting. TY for your guidance.
This is one of my favorites. Made them for both babies. One in white and the other in coral and white. Wanted to add ribbon couldnt find the width in white, Walmart, Michael s trying Joanns tomorrow.
Going thru baby bonnet tutorials and saw your reply a little late but thank you just the same. I've learned so much from the way you teach , especially like it when you give the stitch count and the way you explain every step by step instructions is sooooo helpful. Love your husband , you both complement each other very well. You are so blessed that he supports you in your hobby business. 😊😚😘

Your tutorial was amazing. It is the easiest one I have seen. And, I love that everything doesn't have to be absolutely "perfect". Thank you so much.
