I have rode a lot of 2 tracks in U.P. of MI and about the same. Tame enough for an adv bike. An adv bike might add some challenge.

You should try the black river falls single track. It’s got that deep sand, except in a tiny line with loads of trees to hit along with it lmao.

You're really good at narrating these videos man!
I think I would enjoy a "boring" trail like this one - I love practicing gravel cornering at speed, but it did look a little straight on Google maps 😅
Is the 360 camera new? I bought on just a couple of months ago, initially I really liked it because it was so easy to use, but I recently sold it and bought another Gopro. The 360 cameras make everything look ridiculously flat. The 690 is a great travel machine as well, if the trails in your state is boring, I'd ride to another state and explore there.
    All the best!

Thanks, man! I think I'm finally starting to not hate the sound of my own voice.
The gravel roads were mostly straight or had wide turns, but there were some that were a lot sharper than expected. Both me and my cousin found ourselves coming in a little too hot on some of them.
As for the 360 camera, I bought it shortly after the video you made with yours. I've seen several other channels using them as well and I felt it was a good way to make my videos more interesting to watch. I like experimenting with the different angles and effects. The only problem I have with it is how bad the footage gets compressed when uploading. It's not so much the camera's fault as it is RUclips's. It happens to my GoPro footage as well.
I don't have any big trips planned at the moment, but the Black Hills in South Dakota is a possible option. Otherwise, the BDR's I mentioned are on my list as well. Not sure I'd want to ride the 690 the whole way, but we'll see.
Glad to see you had fun on at SKOG!

The TWAT isn’t a trail. This is where people make their mistake. It’s a road ride consisting of various types of roads. The ATV trails are a nice touch. It’s fun. But it’s pretty mellow. Which is fine. I don’t live far from the start. Thing is, I can make a whole day of it down here on other roads and have a better time without the need to be gone for a couple of days.
I guess I’m glad it’s here. It’s helps showcase some of the riding here. And hopefully gets people to come back to explore other riding opportunities, of which there are plenty.

I enjoyed your ride report. I grew up in the desert, and the desert bores me. I don't think I'd appreciate Moab.

At least there's tons of trails out there, and they can range from easy to extremely difficult. Out here we just have forests and farmland.
I think the Idaho and Oregon BDRs would be the most interesting areas to ride.

You should create your own Wisconsin trail. Find some cool spots and make a video of the process.

I don't know if I could make an actual trail, but I'm thinking of doing a series of videos about the coolest places to ride or visit on a bike in Wisconsin.

      @doomermotorsports  Год назад +1

Nothing that's technically legal. There are some decent trails scattered here and there, but they're a long ways from me, which means they're going to be a even farther for you. There's the Richard Bong State Rec Area kinda between Milwaukee and Chicago I guess. Otherwise it's pretty much old railroad beds, and you're not allowed on many of them.

@@hometownguy7184 I was looking at a possible trip with the bike to NC, in which case I'd be passing through. If this youtube channel was a full-time gig it'd be no problem, but It's still a long shot at this point. I'll definitely keep your offer in mind though!
