- This crochet v-neck crop top has a good texture, it’s different stitches used, the slip stitch for the waist band at the bottom and the alpine stitch for the main top. I used the single crochet stitch for the straps.
I will be adding ruffle sleeves and a floral detail in my next tutorial. Be sure to check it out.
Materials
Medium weight yarn
3.0mm hook
Scissors
Tape measure

Your work is so beautiful!!
Quick question - can you create the top longer? I’m too self-conscious to wear a cropped top 😝 Thank you in advance!
Longer waistband , you foundation chain should be longer
Woow, the Top looks so good! Thank you for sharing this with us! 🤗😍
My pleasure 😊
Pls were can I get this kind of wool
heyy, im making this right now and almost finished the waistband! I do have a question tho, do you substract 13 for every size or just in your case 13 and bigger sizes more? I love the design and look forward to use the alpine stitch next!!
From every size
Hello
I am making the top and i completes the right side. I am left handed and is having a hard time doing the left side. Can you give me some advice please.
How can I combine this top with a skirt to make a midi bodycon dress?

Do hook sizes even matter when crocheting? Just asking coz I'm not experienced, just do it for fun 💁
Yes! It can give a tighter or loser stitch, which depending on the project is good to keep in mind. Which is also why people recommend to take a swatch with your wool and hook if you're unsure, as a larger hook gives loser stitches and can make the project slightly bigger! a smaller size makes them tighter which is good for things like baskets and bags for example :)! Personally I try my wool out with hooks until I find one I find easy to work with, isn't too tight or too loose and go with that. But some projects need specific hooks sizes to make sure it fits the design + If you use a small hook and try to go into the backloop it can sometimes get hard to work it aswell
@@yulana990 Thanks girl, guess it's the reason for the looseness in some of my projects. I use hook no. 5.
I think they do, depending on yarn size being used. Also the tightness of the stitches
well explained Lilani
@@loigreis5319 It definitely depends on wool too, but I usually go with a 4mm when I'm unsure as it works well for my projects usually, but 5mm definitely can give too lose of stitches depending on the wool haha. I'd say if its a wool that you can untangle easily, just make a small chain and use different hook sizes to test the wool first, or just follow the package with what size to use :) hope you figure it out!
Beautiful, I love your work. Thanks for sharing with us❤🙏
Thanks a million, have crochet mine , I love u
You are welcome 😊
For the first triangle, do you start from the side or also from the middle?
Hi😁 did you only use 50 grams of yarn for this top or more?
The ruffles! This is a very nice top. Classy!
Thank you! 😊

This is very beautiful 🥺🥰but can u like give us different measurements for different sizes..please
The tutorial is based on bust measurements, you can make it in any size following the tutorial
Me gustaría saber qué talla tienes para tenerla de referencia, gracias 😍
What size is this top for reference
Small or 30 bust
Me encanta todo lo que haces ❤️ Que ganas que comiences con los proyectos de invierno 😍😍😍😍😍
Hii! First of all I loved the pattern, I just wanted to know how should I do the measurements for other sizes? And which size it is?
This fits xs and small a size small (30 inches bust measurements)
As explained in the tutorial, take your bust measurements subtract 13 inches for the start
@@accrochets thank you very much
@@accrochets i do not understand subtract 13 inches foe your start
@@evapektas check out my Measurements video, you will see how to take your bust measurements. once you have your bust Measurements, subtract 13 inches from that number, that will be your waist band. And follow the rest of the instructions I give in the vide.
@@accrochets thank you

what is the name of this point please
You didn't show how you made the first crotchet, it's confusing
What do you mean by first crochet? The slip note or slip stitch?
Alpine stitch will be my next project. Thanks for sharing
Have fun!
I just started to make it today
I am making for bust size 34 and I did 21 inches of ribbing part at first but when I went up and did upper part I thought that will not fit so I Unraveled all that part 😞😞
Will it fit properly ? If I follow you applying my size ? Hoping for your response🤞
If you follow properly it should fit, it gets bigger on the first row of single crochet
@@accrochets thankyou I will follow you and show you the results 😊
Another beautiful piece.
Thank you so much 😊
Beautiful good teacher. From India.
Thank you 😊
Very nice work. Do you have a pattern for this top ? thank you !
No, sorry
Nice😍😍😍👍👍👍
Thank you
When crocheting any kind of top should you always subtract 13?? How did you know to subtract 13??
It’s because we make an increase in stitches for the bust area. We subtract from the ribbing because we want It to fit the waist better
Not every top, just this one
Thank you
