I’ve had 2 total hip replacements this year & my diet has been terrible. SOMETHING hurts all the time & I’ve been so discouraged about my health. Thank you so much for the encouragement to start making little changes so I can be healthy again!
Hi Lee 7 months ago had tkr and still in shock! Definitely the most traumatic experience for me. I'm really doing well according to my doc but every step still hurts a bit. I excersise daily which I did before the op. 70 and feel great! It's never too late to start looking after your physical health. Good luck and wish u only good health and happiness. Your health is your wealth. Leanne (my friends call me Lea)
I am 53 and have have almost passed under emergency surgery twice and don't feel good lots of health issues and now loosing my corporate job due to relocation. every day is a challenge,
Thank you for sharing the Asian squat. I'm a little older than you and have been doing strength endurance and balance training. The Asian squat is great at opening and strengthening our hips which is terribly important as we age. I love getting stronger and more flexible. It is empowering!
I had an unforgettable experience at my mother's funeral many years ago. We had a cold but civil relationship. I am the 3rd of 5 children and always felt that I was different and unwanted. At the funeral home, my youngest brother, the baby of the family, asked me if I wanted to view my mother's body. I did not. He said I should and offered to go into the viewing room with me. It was a chilly November day and I remember feeling his warmth as I took his arm and we entered the private room and approached the open casket. We did not speak. My initial thought was how tiny she was - what was I so afraid of? I believe I was admiring her small, beautifully manicured hands when I became aware of an ethereal, slightly tingling, floating feeling that seemed to fall over me and completely envelope me. I identify it as pure Peace. Perhaps it was pure love? It was wonderful, like nothing I have ever felt, before or since. I was no longer aware of my brother beside me or my mother's body in front of me or the fragrance of the funeral flowers. Then it softly dissipated and I was back, holding onto my brother's arm. I have no idea how long it lasted. If my brother noticed anything, he never commented.
I have had a few ‘interesting’ experiences in my life. I have come to believe that ‘spirit’ is always with us and ‘just there’ all the time. Not all of us have a specific gift where energy and spirit are concerned. It may help to simply know and believe you are never ‘alone’ and our higher power is always working for us. Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge.
Kimberly you have no idea how much this video has inspired me. I will be turning 62 this year and frankly these past few years I feel like I have aged 20 years. I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis which is an auto immune disease and I am convinced the cause is my bad lifestyle choices. So I am going to take your advice and start making those small changes and hopefully pull myself out of this hopeless feeling I have been having this past year. Thanks for inspiring me!!! BTW you radiate good health and happiness!
Hi Kimberley ,I did an Asian spuat not long ago ,went down fine and then when trying to get back up ,fell on my bum lol it just made me realize how unfit I am ,no power in my joints at all ,I'm 65 but I'm not going to let that stop me ,defiantly going to keep working on it ,thanks for the inspiration .
I’m interested in your feeling about lucid dreaming. My father passed away in 2007 followed only several days in a hospice facility. For years afterward I wished I could dream about him and tell him how much I loved him. Finally, one random night I found myself in a dream walking alongside my father. There were no special circumstances and it was very mundane, but all of a sudden I realized that I knew I was dreaming (lucid dreaming) and I knew this would quickly cause me to awaken. I grabbed my father’s hand and told him how much I loved him and then I did immediately wake. The joy I felt is still palpable today, so many years after. The memory of this is crystal clear. I’ve read many articles/books on achieving lucid dreaming but have only had several others since. I love and appreciate all you do - thank you.❤
I am only 55 and I feel tapped out and out of gas for sure. I don’t know where I lost all motivation. I need it back and your encouragement helps! I need to make the plan and just get started and stick with it! Thanks, Kimberly
You absolutely have given me hope. I just turned 50. I have been telling people im 60 for a while now (so i look great for my age! Lol). Im hoping to not have to lie anymore! Unfortunately I am paycheck to paycheck gal (even as an RN) after separating from husband, so i cant afford the expensive devices, but little by little i am purchasing serums and the microneedling thing. Ill stick with it all best i can afford. ❤
Love the show and inspirations you always share, My most memorable moment was after asking who am I and embarking on a sacred journey where I travelled through a portal into the fae realms and angelic realms. Timelessness and then an all knowing understanding of everything. It was pure clarity and love. It has kept me humble.
I had an OBE in the early ‘70s. I found myself in a state of absolute bliss. At one point another light being - or spirit - I didn’t recognize “zoomed” over to me, enveloped me with love, and joyfully said without saying, “I didn’t know YOU were here.” I was raised catholic and had no idea what had happened to me and knew no words to describe it. A couple years later, I happened upon the writings of William James and Raymond Moody and was thrilled (and comforted) to know it wasn’t an experience isolated to just me. ❤
You are so right! Feeling better IS the prize. One year ago, I changed my life....I quit smoking, started exercising, changed my diet. I am now down 75 pounds and no longer need diabetes medication. I feel great! I also started a skin care routine and re-discovered makeup! Your videos have helped me along the way - I love your positive message and your helpful tips and tricks! Keep doing what you do...I appreciate you!! Hugs from Chicago! :)
Those Asian squats are awesome. Staying flexible is going to help keep your balance as you age. I would add the "tree" pose. I do that sometimes when I am washing dishes or brushing my teeth. Kimberly is right - stretching in an Asian squat feels great.
Many thanks for sharing your healing journey and providing much-needed motivation to all of us on the path. I witnessed the differences firsthand since childhood: my dad was a type A personality who, by the time I was 3, had had 2 heart attacks and had the arteries of an 80-year-old man according to his physicians. (he was 42 at the time and a heavy coffee drinker, loads of salt, ice cream every night... did I mention weekly migraines?) He followed diet religiously (avoided chips, sweets, etc), added daily salads and fresh meats, and began walking 3 miles a day, rain or shine. While he still struggled with various aches and pains through the years, he lived to 77 and attended both my high school and college graduations and walked me down the aisle, all while sharp as a tack and well-read. I watched my mother, who was blessed with a perfectly healthy body and solid constitution, grew up in the country on fresh cow's milk and fresh butter, rarely sick a day in her life, make no effort whatsoever toward any kind of exercise or mental stimulation like reading, crossword puzzles, no creative endeavors, no learning...ate sugar constantly, overweight... develop diabetes at age 50. I was forced to move back to the midwest from Northern California (which I miss terribly!), to provide full-time care for her after a stroke and dementia set in. My days begin and end with changing her diapers, washing folds of skin to prevent sores, and goes downhill from there. And of course very little time to care for myself properly. I urge everyone to visit nursing homes to get a realistic view of how bad it can get. With her strong constitution, she will likely outlive me, but her quality of life is terrible and she requires round-the-clock care. Her lack of self-care and self-awareness not only robbed her of several decades of her life, but as her only child robbed me of decades of mine. Not taking care of ourselves is literally selfish, because in your later years you can end up stealing valuable life force not only from yourself but from others. IF YOU WON'T DO IT FOR YOURSELF, DO IT FOR YOUR CHILDREN!! Blessings to all.
Thank you Kimberly for sharing the Asian squat. I’ve noticed recently that I have slowly lost my ability to squat😮. Not even sure when it happened. My ability to move in general has decreased and is very depressing when I think about it. I just turned 60 but feel 10 years older due to lack of movement (beginning with Covid lockdown). I would greatly enjoy watching and learning your movement routine! Your videos always inspire me. Thank you.
I have always just naturally done the Asian squat - have always found it more comfortable than standing. It’s important to keep back straight and knees not past toes when you do it.
Right now, I'm very much in the same situation that you were in when you first started your journey. I keep coming back to your videos time after time because I enjoy your healthy advice, attitude, and outlook. Please keep it up! 🤗
Thank you for your out-of-body story, love hearing about that! My story is a little different. I wasn't out of body, but somebody else unseen was with me. Let me start by saying I've always had strong intuition. Not anything useful, like 6 good numbers, but weird things like which way the cars in front of us were going to turn or what song was about to come on the radio. One day, though, it paid off big time. I was on my way back to work at the regional hospital after leaving the office for a doctor's appintment and I hopped on the interstate to get back quickly. I only had to go west for one exit. The car in front of me turned their right turn signal on and headed onto the exit and I did the same. The stop light at the end ot the ramp was red so we both continued to brake. They turned their left turn light on, I turned my right. As the vehicle in front slid over to the left, the light turned green and we both hit the gas. Just as I drew alongside the car, two things happened simultaneously. I caught a glimpse of the brake light coming on in the back window of the car and a voice--not mine, not anyone I recognized--said very clearly to me, "You don't want to die on this road today." Without hesitation, I slammed on the brake and came to a stop with the front end of my car just over the end of the exit ramp. And just in time to see a concrete truck blow through his red light. In my little Ford Escort, if he'd T-boned me, that would have been it. It's never happened again and I can't explain it, but I'm forever grateful for it. I suppose it just wasn't my day. :)
Oh my gosh! What an amazing story!! I've had that 'voice in the head' thing and it's powerful - so glad you listened!! Thanks so much for sharing Barbara!
I’ve heard a voice like that twice in my life. Once when I was looking for my home to buy and the voice sad TURN HERE! I did and found my home that I lived in for 20 years. The second time I heard that voice- the voice outside my head, clear as day, said “You’ll be ok.” The next week the drs told me I had to have brain surgery. And, you know what? I am ok!!!
I've been doing the Asian Squat for several years and it feels so good. At 60 I'm so very glad I've kept it up as I agree, it's wonderful for us. No metaphysical experiences to share, but I am SO looking forward to Jo's interview with you!
Hi Kimberly, we grew peanuts growing up. I love boiled peanuts, but they are more like a bean when you boil them in consistency. They are also good raw :) Great video :)
I am so looking forward to your interview with Jo. You are both so very different but both wonderful 65+ women. You both have lots to offer and share that all your subscribers enjoy. We like to hear real life. Sometimes we hear that one should be this way or that way and you two both show real in a different but natural or authentic way. Thank you..Would love to try those boiled peanuts…
Just wanted to say you look so beautiful. You are glowing and that pink silk blouse at the nursery and your hair skin etc, in natural light even, you look just the picture of elegant beauty at any age! Thank you for continually sharing pieces of your life!!
I squatted like that 2 years ago and something popped or snapped behind my knee. I was in extreme pain for months, had 21 physical therapy treatments and 12 laser treatments and still have pain and am limping at the end of the day. I'm 63, healthy and still walk daily, but it changed my life. Please be careful. Love you and your videos Kimberly!
I am 78 and I still do the Asian squat, I had a coach tell me that if I did nothing Else during exercise time to do the squat, it is really beneficial 🌹
My first experience, I was in a huge traumatic situation and I left my earth suit. It was such a safe beautiful place. I have experienced this when in a relaxed space as well. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Thanks!!!
Kimberly thank you for sharing the Asian squat! I recently started doing these and it has helped my spine so much. I also love plants, they feed my soul. Your skin looks amazing! I too believe that your body can heal itself if you give it the right tools.
Just tried the Asian Squat. I'm 63 and surprised myself. I can do it. Although not for long as I have Fibromyalgia. So getting back up was hard and painful. I'll keep trying to build up more strength. Thank you for your videos. Really enjoy them.
I have had 2 experiences where I have been above my body looking down. One when I was 10 years old, one experience was in my fifties. I too have metaphysical experiences often. How exciting you did not know what body yours was initially Thank you! ♥!
So happy to have found you. 😃 I totally enjoy all things metaphysical - I had my first out of body experience at 18 during the the end of a yoga class. Astro travel is now my understanding. It was so calming and beautiful. I 'll be 68 by then end of the year. ❤
This are great tips for all of us ladies about taking care of ourselves and trying/doing healthy things to make us healthy and feel better. Please keep sharing. Blessings to you for all that you do! Loving your videos!❤❤
Hi, Kimberly! Yes, I can and do the Asian squat. I'm 59 and have hEDS so I've always been very flexible. I will admit it took some time to become stable in the squat due to my weak abs. I think it is so great for the whole body! Here's wishing you a great week ahead!
I absolutely love the story that you told about the shift in your consciousness. I absolutely and completely enjoy any video that you have ever done regarding the soul and consciousness and metaphysical aspects that you have experienced. Way back when it was before this RUclips channel and there are a few videos with just your name while you interviewed people about connecting with our loved ones and souls that are no longer here. I am so happy that you brought this up in today's video and hope that you will continue to interweave this topic into your RUclips videos. Thank you for all that you do and I look forward to every Sunday when I get to share time with you!
Cristine - be sure to join the Bookclub, I'm going to be interviewing some really fabulous people I think you'll love! You can sign up here: bit.ly/TalkingNewsletter
Having fun watching you with the boiled peanuts, - one of my first things to eat in SC 17 years ago, hubby and I stopped at a roadside stand and got a bag - fell in love. Our time in this state has been wonderful
What a great; refreshing Vlog Kimberly. Thank You so Much for sharing with us. I am 61 and getting ready for another major back surgery to remove a tumor that’s compressing my spinal cord at T10-T11. I’m so out of shape. I was a jogger; rollerblading; and work out in the gym for years until I injured my spinal canal while helping a Patient get onto the exam table. I’m not allowed to do any weights; etc. it really is hard. I’ve got to research the Asian Squat and begin doing that and want to do yoga soon. You have inspired me!!! Thank You!!
Kimberly…I saw Jo’s most recent vlog about having you on…can’t wait to watched she’s a hoot and so fun in her descriptions and of course with Mrytle! And I also enjoy your content very much as well..both beautiful women in a great season of life..which I share that as well…y’all are so inspiring….oh and glad you liked the boiled peanuts..being a girl from the South, it’s a delicious staple😊🌸
In the past 6 months, I've gone back to the gym for weight training, with lots of stretching before and after. I've started incorporating a handstand (against the wall, but my goal is without!) and a bridge/backbend. Feels SO GOOD! Am definitely going to add the Asian squat, thank you! (68 years young, former gymnast)
Kimberly another great video with hints and great info. I’ve also had out of body, looking down below experiences. Mine were in times of physical abuse, I believe it was an auto response that my inner self, spirit, used to keep me from feeling the nonsense I was living in. Thankfully that was many years ago, my life is much improved! Keep sharing! 😊
Squatting has to be one of the best things you can do. I am 60 and work in an office sitting all day. I have to take numerous breaks to squat. It makes my hips, back and whole self feel so good.
Much love to you both! You two are a blast! Thank you for helping this "over fifty" work through a year of unexpected health diagnoses, and road to recovery! Your videos have been such treats to look forward to while recovering. I found kimberly close to 2 years ago, at start of pandemic and now Jo. Thank you for helping this healing soul along her own journey of finding/recovering my "pretty over 50" lifestyle.
I'm Asian in my 60s and the Asian Squat comes pretty naturally. No problems going down or getting up. Glad to know it's good for the hips, as there lies the problem.

Hi Kimberly, I would love to see how you set up the tray for sprouting micro greens
Growing up in the south (North Florida)I’ve eaten boiled peanuts all my life and just took for granted that everyone else did too!! I’m reminded of my granddaddy getting them from the roadside stand and back then (60’s) they were packaged in the small brown bags that got all wet but we didn’t care because they didn’t last long. I’m happy to see you like them!!!!
I’ve taken up Pilates recently and I can’t believe how much flexible and stronger I feel after only a few short weeks - little things like getting into and out of a chair without assistance is liberating - I’ll be incorporating the Asian squat in my daily routine - loved your conversation with Jo Good you should take her up on her offer of you staying with her on London - I made some diet and lifestyle changes a few months ago and have managed to almost reversed my diabetes and improved other blood markers, have lost 40 pounds, plenty of inches off my waist, another 30 pounds to go but already feeling and looking so much better - it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to get into beautiful clothes i haven’t worn in years and packing up those clothes that are now just too large for me - most importantly I’m grateful for my improved health. I had an out of body experience when a night out in the town with a girlfriend she was hit by a cab driver - I saw her go head first through the screen then thrown above the car onto the road - I recall looking down observing the event without any emotion then suddenly realising who that person was and being shocked back to my physical body. It was an extraordinary evening as the hospital the paramedics took her to was the hospital my brother worked at and he happened to Be rostered working when she was admitted!
Greetings Kimberly. As a child, I had many out of body experiences. I actually thought everybody did until college! After I began a serious study of yoga they actually increased and at the time it was a bit overwhelming. Things have calmed down and maybe I have integrated them more. Love and blessings ♥️🙏
Hi Kimberly! Boiled peanuts are a southern delicacy! Glad you liked them. I cook mine in a crock pot, covering them with water, and adding salt to taste-about 3/4 cup of salt. Cook them on low for about 4 hours or until tender. Glad you are enjoying the South!
Hi Kimberley 😊great vlog as always! And fascinating story in the out of body experience! When I was a teen I used to sleep with the duvet ever my head. Then suddenly I realised I had no air abc I knew I needed to wake but Aldi knew I was still fast asleep. It was so bizarre! I would try with all my might to move ( but couldn’t because I was fast asleep) eventually I kicked my leg which woke me and I pulled the covers back and took a deep breath. Not quite the same I know, but how weird that I knew I was sleeping and I knew I had to wake up! In October 2020 I suffered a cardiac arrest and I was not breathing for 10 minutes. Sadly I saw nothing during that time. BUT… right before my heart stopped, I turned to my daughter and said.. wow what is that?! And there was a glowing ball of light in a turquoise colour floating across the room. We both saw it. Then I was gone. Thankfully I have as revived 🙏🏻 and here to tell you he tale. Much love from the UK xxx
I am seventy one and I also started doing this squat a few months ago. I'm amazed at how quickly I was able to do it and I have never been a person that was flexible.
Hey Kimberly. Greetings from Illinois. I have been researching Asian squats. I am committed to working this movement into my routine. Thanks for sharing your thoughts regarding wellness!!❤❤
I do regular stretches, & at 72, tried the squat, it wasn't easy, but I found if I tried AFTER warming up, I could do it! Proud of myself, now I do it several times a week.
Yes on the Asian squats! I am 6’2” tall and my hips are problematic! I am 57 and could really use flexibility. I will let you know about my progress! Love your channel!
Yes to the Asian squat! As a retired fitness professional I would also suggest checking out a few other mobility and strengthening movements, specifically animal flow type movements! Of course, you can find them on You Tube and Instagram! ❤
I do enjoy you, Dex and Lucy Loo. Micro greens question- you have kindly provided a link for the trays with holes but I cannot find the trays they fit in without holes. Please advise, I'm ready to grow my own food ! Many, many thanks.
I do this while gardening. I'm so proud I can do this. I can pop up to grab a rake or shovel. My journey to this squat did take some years. Squats against a wall with a fitness ball between my back and wall. Rolling up and down. Barre classes to loosen my stiff feet. Yoga and pilates aided me as well. It's a nice stretch on your lower back doing this Asian squat.
Girl...I know the sense of accomplishment you're feeling over something seemingly so trivial! I AM ASIAN and was stupefied when I could not get down to do an ASIAN SQUAT. Too many years sitting at a desk and a 3 hour daily commute took it toll on my physicality. Turning 65 was a wake-up call and I have been slowly regaining mobility and strength. Took 3 months to get do the squat but am still unable to sustain position comfortably. Work in process!!! Thanks for sharing and stressing the work and time needed to avoid injury. Great job!
I enjoyed your full post on microgreens when you originally posted it. Seeing today's post reminded me I should go back and watch it again. My husband keeps succulents and has many of the "living stones" succulents. I haven't had an out of body experience as you described but have had many other experiences that could only be a result of some sort of cosmic connection.
I’m wish I would have an out of body experience. I listen to NDE’s here on RUclips. There are many amazing testimonies that have changed my outlook on life and death. Wonderful stuff. Lucky you!
Hi I love this position too! My back really enjoys this. To check if it is your ankles, roll a towel and put under your heels before going down to the squat. Also, if the knees are “cranky” try bringing the knees in to the chest while on your back to help the knees. Happy squatting!
Omg is nice to see I’m not the only one that does this. I found this about 6 months ago. I do it every day. It took me several months to do it. I have so much more mobility
The Asian squat info and the pep talk you gave in the middle about incrementally improving your health are so valuable in this post. Thank you! What you describe is the concept shared in the Atomic Habits book. I'm 52 and trying to do some of what you are describing in a way that works for me. Great inspiration here...
Watched the Minx this morning. I think she said Wednesday. I get a kick out of her! Thanks for recommending. I attempted the squat. Had to lean forward to keep from tipping backward. Almost got into it all the way. Only lasted about 40 seconds before I had to stand up. Going to practice while coffee is brewing every morning. Read somewhere that being able to go from standing to sitting Indian style, then standing from that position predicts longevity! Asian squat should help.
I also have had metaphysical experiences, not something I often discuss but remember as clear as day. The first was at age 19, then again starting later in my life. I am now 68 and can describe every detail. They have been under ordinary events, no trauma or reason. ❤
Kimberly, I adore you and your wealth of life knowledge. I had an experience like that 30 years ago in the delivery room! I was above myself looking down It was a brief but I remember it to this very moment. 😊
Love this vlog as usual. Did the Asian squat this morning just to see if I could, I did it but not for as long as you. I have had 3 experiences like u described, all of which were a surprise, but lovely and unforgettable. The one I will share is when I was about 24, I was out dancing and I left my body. It was the best feeling and I understood it. I went back too fast. I often think back and wonder why it happened, and what if I hadn’t returned, but it was great. The other one I will share, just because it’s kind of funny. I was abducted by aliens in a dream, but I swear it happened. I even tell people I think it was real. They look at me sideways, but I don’t care. That’s it, love you, can’t wait to see your interview.
Hi Kimberly! I love your videos and vlogs! Many of them hit very close to home for me. Today's video, in particular, really hit home for me. I had a kidney transplant 5 years ago this month and at that point started really cleaning up my diet. I've always taken relatively good care of my skin but during the pandemic, I got hyper focused on my skin care. I have seen a tremendous difference in my skin in the last two and a half years. You really can do a lot with at home devices and good serums. I love your channel! Keep them coming!
I absolutely love your channel! I started watching after Jo Good mentioned you and am addicted to both of you now. ❤ I loved your pep talk- so smart and practical! Thanks for showing us the Asian squat. I just tried one. Got down fine and then thought no way can I get back up. I remembered you saying you won’t think you can, but you can, and voila, I did! It reminded me of being in a yoga class, and the instructor said try balancing your leg out behind you, arms open like you’re flying. He said ask the universe to help you, and suddenly what was hard became very simple. Curious about trying to grow a tray of micro greens but no idea where to. I love that they’re so nutritious and would like to grow my own. I loved your metaphysical story. I’ve had many experiences where I knew something was going to happen, maybe not all the details but the gist. After one of my grandmothers died, she came to me in a dream. She showed me an object and gave me a message regarding my parents. When I told my mom, she knew what the object was, which I had been unaware of. The experience was eye opening that these things are possible. I also remember looking down at myself from the ceiling but I think I was dreaming. Sometimes in my dreams, I can walk a few inches off the ground effortlessly. It’s simple and euphoric.
I’ve had 2 total hip replacements this year & my diet has been terrible. SOMETHING hurts all the time & I’ve been so discouraged about my health. Thank you so much for the encouragement to start making little changes so I can be healthy again!
Hi Lee
7 months ago had tkr and still in shock! Definitely the most traumatic experience for me.
I'm really doing well according to my doc but every step still hurts a bit.
I excersise daily which I did before the op.

It's never too late to start looking after your physical health.

Thank you for sharing the Asian squat. I'm a little older than you and have been doing strength endurance and balance training. The Asian squat is great at opening and strengthening our hips which is terribly important as we age. I love getting stronger and more flexible. It is empowering!
My balance was greatly improved taking vitamin D3.
Wow.
Goosebumps! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻😔
Beautiful
What the heck are you posting this on this blog Getbabtherapis
@@brendawood6712 I was wondering the same thing
Kimberly, I’m a yoga teacher and include Asian Squat into every single one of my classes. Very important to do this. Good for you!
Kimberly I absolutely love this haircut on you!
You can do it. One day at a time. You are worth it.👍👍
I watch Jo each Sunday as I prepare for church. I can hardly wait to hear what she has to say to you.
I am In your boat. Lol fixed income.
I'm in the same boat too ! I'm just able to purchase a little at a time.
Love the show and inspirations you always share, My most memorable moment was after asking who am I and embarking on a sacred journey where I travelled through a portal into the fae realms and angelic realms. Timelessness and then an all knowing understanding of everything. It was pure clarity and love. It has kept me humble.
I've been doing the Asian Squat for a few years now. It feels great.
I'm 71 and it was easy to do the Asian Squat and get up.....thankful !
Those Asian squats are awesome. Staying flexible is going to help keep your balance as you age. I would add the "tree" pose. I do that sometimes when I am washing dishes or brushing my teeth. Kimberly is right - stretching in an Asian squat feels great.
I just came from Jo’s recent Sunday vlog and I so look forward to your interview on her channel on Wednesday
Hi, I’ve just finished Middle Aged Minx. Can’t wait to see you both on Wednesday. ❤
This is a powerful video. That’s what I need. I am 63 and needs to start from the inside out. Great motivation. Thank you 🙏 ❤
In my dreams! But u have encouraged me (73) to try! Thanks for all of your encouragement in all things!❤
Can’t wait to see your interview with Middle Aged Minx! Love you both! Sundays are my favorite days for You Tube!
Right now, I'm very much in the same situation that you were in when you first started your journey. I keep coming back to your videos time after time because I enjoy your healthy advice, attitude, and outlook. Please keep it up! 🤗
It's a beautiful thing when we consciously experience the amazing connection to our source energy. 🤗
Love watching middleageminx ! Have been watching for about 6 month. Definitely will be watching your interview ❤
I have started to watch the middle aged Minx too. She is so lively!
Wow! What a story! Thank God, you are here to share your experience! ❤ Sarah
I am 78 and I still do the Asian squat, I had a coach tell me that if I did nothing
Else during exercise time to do the squat, it is really beneficial 🌹
I’ve always been able to do this and thought everyone could. It has always been a very comfortable position to be in when you need to be low 👍👍
My first experience, I was in a huge traumatic situation and I left my earth suit. It was such a safe beautiful place. I have experienced this when in a relaxed space as well. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Thanks!!!
Yes, it's magical there!
I’m 37, not overweight and I can’t even bend this low! I like the idea of just starting this stretch slowly and overtime seeing the mobility improve!
Yes. Yoga is called “a practice” and the secret to flexibility is practice.
Kimberly thank you for sharing the Asian squat! I recently started doing these and it has helped my spine so much. I also love plants, they feed my soul. Your skin looks amazing! I too believe that your body can heal itself if you give it the right tools.
I watched Jo this morning and she said the video with you was going up this coming Wednesday! Can’t wait to watch it!
I can't thank you enough for introducing me to The MiddleAgedMinx RUclips channel.
I know a few people who have a hard time staying IN their body - isn't that wild???
So happy to have found you. 😃 I totally enjoy all things metaphysical - I had my first out of body experience at 18 during the the end of a yoga class. Astro travel is now my understanding. It was so calming and beautiful. I 'll be 68 by then end of the year. ❤
I too had an out of body experience at the end of a yoga class, during the relaxation
I've also had an out of body experience at the end of a yoga class. It was so cool!
Idk if I've heard of asian squat. So interesting.
Thank you for keeping us company !
I love your “one step at a time” philosophy, it works so well with many things. I’m a believer in consistency over intensity for almost everything.
I so look forward to your Sunday videos with my cup of coffee. Going to attempt a micro green garden. Thank you
Hi Kimberly. You truly are inspirational. Looking forward to your next video and keeping all of your words of wisdom in my thoughts.
You do look much healthy. I’ve been working on my foods. Food is medicine and slow little changes do really make a difference.🦋
Holy smokes! Can't even imagine a hand stand, congrats!!
You’re the best! Love that lip stick color on you!😊
Kimberly another great video with hints and great info. I’ve also had out of body, looking down below experiences. Mine were in times of physical abuse, I believe it was an auto response that my inner self, spirit, used to keep me from feeling the nonsense I was living in. Thankfully that was many years ago, my life is much improved! Keep sharing! 😊
I've heard of that with abuse victims! So glad to hear your doing well now!
I’ve taken up Pilates recently and I can’t believe how much flexible and stronger I feel
after only a few short weeks - little things like getting into and out of a chair without assistance is liberating - I’ll be incorporating the Asian squat in my daily routine - loved your conversation with Jo Good you should take her up on her offer of you staying with her on London - I made some diet and lifestyle changes a few months ago and have managed to almost reversed my diabetes and improved other blood markers, have lost 40 pounds, plenty of inches off my waist, another 30 pounds to go but already feeling and looking so much better - it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to get into beautiful clothes i haven’t worn in years and packing up those clothes that are now just too large for me - most importantly I’m grateful for my improved health. I had an out of body experience when a night out in the town with a girlfriend she was hit by a cab driver - I saw her go head first through the screen then thrown above the car onto the road - I recall looking down observing the event without any emotion then suddenly realising who that person was and being shocked back to my physical body. It was an extraordinary evening as the hospital the paramedics took her to was the hospital my brother worked at and he happened to
Be rostered working when she was admitted!
Greetings Kimberly. As a child, I had many out of body experiences. I actually thought everybody did until college! After I began a serious study of yoga they actually increased and at the time it was a bit overwhelming. Things have calmed down and maybe I have integrated them more. Love and blessings ♥️🙏
Asian squats are so helpful for my back pain and it opens up my hips.
I love my micro greens. I normally have fresh sprouts all year around.
Best skin care pep talk! Thank you. Now on to those squats...!
Seeing your reaction to Ryan's boiled peanuts was priceless! Welcome to the south! Cheers from central FL!
Yes on the Asian squats! I am 6’2” tall and my hips are problematic! I am 57 and could really use flexibility. I will let you know about my progress! Love your channel!
Kimberly love that you and Jo have connected - love you both. Please share the lipstick you are wearing tia!
I found your channel from Jo and love you both! I also wanted to ask what lipstick you’re wearing near the end of the blog, it’s stunning!
That cute round plant would look good in one of those head vases
I loved this video from beginning to end, Kimberly. 💖💖💖
Your encouraging talk about your journey was so moving and inspiring
Ok. I’m 81 and I’m starting today to work on the Asian squat. I’ll get back to you when and if I make it. I love physical challenges.
Fascinating and varied content in your video, I didn't want it to end ! thanks so much Kimberley. 💟
Thanks for bringing up the asian squat. I will be working on doing these. Those are stone succulents/lithops. I want one also.
Kimberly when you are in the Asian squat position are both heals on the ground ?
Just wonderful, thank you for sharing!
