Let's get STRONG!!! This full-body strength workout incorporates a variety of exercises that will work your entire upper body, lower body, and core! The structure of our training session includes compound moves as well as isolation training to build and define! We close this workout with a push/pull/legs finisher finale!

DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg

This is one of my all time favs! Love the 2 x exercices so you can adjust your weights accordingly 💪🏻 Also noticed I’m getting stronger and abs exercises are getting easier.. push ups are still a struggle for me though 😬 Thanks 🙏🏻 and Happy New Year!

Awesome workout and playlist Kaleigh, thank you! Increased weight, very excited about that. 20lb dumbbells arriving very soon. May also have to order dumbbells above 25lbs for chest, back and squat exercises. Trying to keep the momentum and resistance feeling like the beginning - Day One. We’re steadily outgrowing current weights. This is what it’s all about! RELENTLESS

This workout was so good. I absolutely love how comprehensive your full body workouts are, and how you include intentional and effective ab work. I noticed today, those toe touches with a 10# dumbbel in my hand, were so much easier than they were last time. I feel so much stronger and I see actual progress and growth doing your strength and cycling programs. Thank you for everything! #bikesandbells is amazing!
