The meal doesn’t look appealing in presentation and choice. The catering on late night long haul flights by US airlines tend to be poor. Day time flights don’t fare better either. Many airlines have done away with loading up the tray and brining it in one swoop but they are still doing that. It’s just messy and it takes away from the experience that should be elevated. At least you got a glass instead of a plastic cup for your champagne.

Pre pandemic Polaris service on long haul flights was fantastic.

I think one of the buttons does it. You press it and it flattens out. Very cool! He shows you how to do it at 6:01
