If I had to guess I'd say the boy has a severe case of autism. It's not a bad thing, but people around him have to get used to it and adapt themselves to his way of thinking. I myself have a very light form of autism, but I live a very normal life. It just makes you a little different.

he actualy has aspergers syndrome. a less severe form of autistm. If he had severe autism he wouldnt be able to speak.
