Yeah they appear to be massive fans of other members like ollie or nerissa, just always everywhere. I can imagine it's even more so since there are 2 of them sharing that same account that they appear so much.
You also have to remember that they are two of them so that gives the double the opportunity to watch other member streams because they don't explicitly say which one of them is watching when they pop up in the chat.

@@Shendue if you ever watch Holo JP longer you will know Miko is also in EVERY members stream.. morning streams, afternoon streams, evening streams (when she is not streaming).. she will always somehow comments on other members stream.. ask her any question about some member stream and she will know what happen on that stream..
