Hi, Im making Sushi rolls tommorow, im making for my wholw family and will be using more than 2 cups (around 4 to 6 cups of rice) . Am I able to use this method and just increase trhe rice and water amounts? if i do this will the rice cook evenly as there is more volume, I dont want the bottom to dry out before the top layer is cooked.
Or will i have to do it in batches of 2 cups at at time?
