- Just because your car doesn't have a third pedal, doesn't mean you should be stuck with some goofy shifter. Until now options were limited to OEM and other less than ideal choices for those with DSG / S-tronic / Tiptronic / Automatic cars. Fortunately with our proprietary design you can ditch your stock shifter and switch to a more traditional style knob. To disengage the lockout, you simply lift up, rather than pressing the trigger - and yes, these shift knobs works with both side & front triggers!

You do not have to cut the factory clamp to get the stock shift knob off. I just used a screwdriver to widen the crimped part and it slid off with no issue.
Great video, I'm doing mine soon, ordered it. My 2015 GTI's knob is looking a little rough.
Where can I get that adapter.
What size Orings did you use?
I used a R-10 on the bottom and a R-9 on the top, I’m guessing he did the same.
Is there a way to reverse the sequence? To where pushing up is down shifting and pull down will shift up?
Great video - do you find this site at the same height as the OEM shifter or is it higher/lower? And the o-rings you ended up using, I imagine it's hit or miss if someone ends up needing them. Hardware store purchase I'm assuming?
