That was one of the most refreshing collections I’ve seen on YT. Bravo. super original and personal - and full of quality. Nice to not have to skip through the usual hype dross pieces that everyone else buys.
This is absolutely one of the most stylish and interesting collection videos I've watched on here (and I've watched quite a few), your colour and strap choices are impeccable too. Can't imagine where the collection goes from here, but, I guess most of us in the hobby can agree there's always another watch..!
Very unique collection and one of the more interesting SOTC movies I've seen in a while. A breeze of fresh air amongst all of the collections consisting of the same brands over and over again.
This is one of the most inspiring watches collection. Such a variety, from lower price to high end. The pairing straps are truly inspiring too. Love your channel; you will be accountable for me overspending on watches :D
Very well put together collection !! Finally a resfreshing choice of watches reflecting personal taste rather than the accumulation of the usual suspects. Incredible !!
Impressive collection! You seem to effortlessly curate a collection that omits so many of the same old popular models yet is immensely interesting. There is literally not one watch here that I dont like and you have a lot of 'em :D
Haha there are a lot. Appreciate it. I do find I collect a little off the classic beaten path and not always on purpose! Just kind of go with what grabs me because at the end of the day I have to like them
Amazing collection! Very sophisticated yet down to earth as well! That Breguet is stunning! Congrats on picking it up! P.S. - Whatever you do for work... are they hiring? 😅
Those vintage watches are perfect for your wrist size and look amazing. I think they are somewhat undervalued because many don’t wear ~34mm watches but that’s great for people who like to wear that size.
I had been hoping you'd do an updated state of the collection! Enjoyed it very much. Was particularly surprised by how incredible your SBGJ249 looks on that strap. Stunning! Seeing the Breguet in motion was mesmerizing. So, so captivating! Like you I recently said I'm done collecting for a while, but I still get to look forward to when a certain watch gets delivered in September. And along the way, finding the perfect strap can make an old watch absolutely new again. It's all a fun journey, and I'm so glad Xavier you're sharing it with us.
Haha let’s hope this new watch in September scratches the itch! The gs I do really love on that strap, for me it’s the best pairing I’ve found for it yet and it’s wear it lives most of the time. The Breguet’s beauty really is in its motion. Can’t wait to spend more time with it and see it under a little bit of a harsher lens once the honeymoon wears off. Thank you for coming along on my journey!
I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel. What a great collection and an array of interesting watches I'd never heard of. So refreshing after years of Teddy Baldasarre's dull choices!
You have an AMAZING collection, a lot of very interesting watches. I think we have very similar tastes in fact I am trying to get the purple dial variant of your Nomos there. I put some money down on a Rolex that will never come so I figure I might as well use it on a watch and they are a Nomos AD. And that Breguet Tradition, wow. That is my favorite Breguet, stunner!
Thank you! Ya in theory I may have one Rolex is they were readily available but they don’t overly appeal to me and there are so many options out there! Hopefully that purple Nomos brings you a smile!
Wow fantastic Collection. Standouts are your vintage watches, the patina on the dials is perfect. The Zodiac Sea Wolf vintage interpretation, such a cool diver IMO. Your girlfriend made a great choice, lucky man. Your choice of watch straps works well.
I love your collection, even those charming Timex. The most beautiful of all is probably the GS, but the Breguet is... well, a Breguet. You seem to love your Cartier, but I never liked very much that crown. I prefer the flat crown of the Santos. ❤
Xavier what an amazing collection. And what a wild trip even if it hasn’t been that long since the yellow video when the black Grand Seiko 9F was the most expensive watch you had ever bought…not that in any way I would judge a collection on prices and here again, you show what collecting could be if people opened their minds. So many highlights…Obviously we will talk more about the Breguet later, but wow. I had no idea you had that early Ming. The Tetra on the stingray is a highlight for sure! Love the small vintage gems…don’t think I remember seeing the 369 Omega…lovely. Many people would not have even shown those three Times Snoopys, but you made it into one of the most fun parts of the show! I just admire your style.i know you know this…but i just wanted to say it again.
Appreciate it so much Michael. It is funny looking back to that gs video! Much yellower a bit younger and a very different collection. It’s nice to take a step back and enjoy what you have. Highschool Xavier would be mind blown by my watch collection and I think that’s something to relish. And the Ming I very much go back and forth on. Not my favorite watch ever but every time I wear it the uniqueness does stand out! And yes I absolutely love my snoopy Timex. I wish they would come out with more I haven’t got a new one in a while!
Thanks for sharing! A very diverse collection I'd say. Have you ever sold any watch right after the acquisition because it had disappointed you so much?
Thank you! There’s been a couple I’ve just turn around and sold because it’s not quite what I’m looking for. I had the red Oris pointer date for about 24 hours. I got a wolbrook diver and didn’t really like it. My biggest disappointment was a fears Brunswick. Terrible qc, based on their “finishing” they weren’t able to make the watch any better and offered me a refund. Should’ve recorded the video review before hand but figured I’d be getting the watch back
11:30 that looks like it has the older C63 Sealander bracelet which only tapers 2mm instead of the new one which has about 4mm of taper down to a 16mm clasp which looks more elegant.
The breadth of your collection is impressive and quite appealing. Thanks for sharing! By the way, on your 2 mods, I believe the silver sector dial is from “TheYobokies” mod store, not NamokiMods. Not trying to be a know-it-all. Just want to be sure that anyone looking to buy it knows where it is. Both Namoki and Yobokies are 2 of my favorite mod stores, and I actually almost bought this same dial for one of my builds 👍! Thanks again for your SOTC vid. Really enjoyed it.
Really stylish, tasteful and interesting collection, thank you for sharing! I'm fortunate enough to have that Credor (GCBE993) you're thinking about, and it's an absolutely wonderful piece--the finishing is quite exquisite and the dial is mesmerizing.
Very nice collection. Love the mix of interesting dial colours and textures. Also like you didnt go down the "icons" route (speedy, sub etc). You have own style, keep it up. If asking for suggestions. Maybe a salmon dial, a deep guilloche, a green?
Amazing collection. The blue dial Zodiac, Grand Seiko (I'd add the SBGA413), Cartier tank, Nomos, Sinn, Omegas, and Breguet are all stunning! I love what you look for in watches! Do you want to get a reverso?
Thank you! I’ve had a Reverso twice and love the watch. The style is right up my alley. But after getting the tank, at least for how I see the watch, it accomplished the role I had for the reverso better. It’s thinner, the printing is thicker, it’s shape I also kind of prefer. So I’m unlikely to own another Reverso for a long while
@@theknightswatch I can definitely see why you've made that choice. My tank was my first expensive watch purchase. I absolutely adore it on an olive suede strap. You've definitely piqued my interest in that specific Zodiac. I love the dial and bezel combo. However, I have been eyeing the Nomos Metro Datum Gangreserve for so long. Such a beautiful watch.
Really like your collection.. it’s what I would call a watch lovers collection and not about hype . Like me you love the fun pop of colour.. I have a sub section of my collection that focuses on zodiac and Doxa which I love .. Have you never thought about the watermelon? absolutely love it , in the metal it’s just stunning , makes me smile constantly..
Thank you! And color never hurts. I’ve thought of the watermelon in passing but I think it is a little much for my taste personally, I’m not the biggest fan of orange normally so it’s hard for me to bridge that gap.
Great video, don't ever get rid of the Timex stuff! I actually thought you might have gotten the limited 44GS, 36 mm, pink dial GS. Anyway, see you at the shop!
Great collection! Got a new subscriber today! I'm wondering if you could let me know where did you get that aventurine dial for your seiko5. I was looking into getting Zelos aventurine, but its unfortunately way out of my price range on used market... And you gave me great idea, since I have a couple of Seiko 5 that i could experiment with. Thanks!
Thank you! And I believe I purchase it from namoki mods but after a quick scroll through the website it doesn’t seem they sell it anymore. Id maybe just search up Seiko aventurine dial mod and see if you have any luck
Nice collection man. I've really enjoyed your videos and I think we have similar taste, as half the time I look for a watch video for something I'm eyeing up, you've already made a video on it. Currently I have a Black bay 36 blue dial, a 36mm Tudor prince date day in two tone with white dial/gold romans, a Seiko SSC819p Speedtimer chronograph on rubber, and an Oris Rectangular in red. I just saw the PRX collection in the metal today and was thoroughly impressed so I'm thinking about picking up the 35mm gold one as a bit of a fun piece. Really thinking about picking up a larger diver at some point as well, really like the previous generation breitling superocean 42, but I must say your Zodiac is making me look twice as well. How are you finding the Zodiac? Does it keep good time?
Thank you! And nice to see people giving the Oris rectangular some love. Can’t go wrong with the Prx especially for the price! I love my zodiac. They don’t feel the most refined movement wise, movement is a little rough to wind and sometimes the crown will stick on my blue model but not the black one, just depends. They keep decent time but nothing to write home about. I mostly just like them aesthetically and the way they fit on wrist
Stick to buying a nice watch everytime a significant event or life-goal is achieved. That's how I buy my watches. Currently have a hesalite sandwich Speedmaster, GS SBGA 413, and Rolex Datejust (latest). Now looking at a Bulgari Octo Finissimo in Blue and a IWC Portuguese 40mm in Rose Gold That Breguet Tradition looks incredible! I might have to consider it!
Amazing collection! Any ETA on the Breguet review? Also - in what occasions have you been wearing that piece? Would love to purchase something similar but my lifestyle is simply not that of a dressy individual so it's a lot of cash to dump on something that may feel forced for me
Thank you and the Breguet review in probably 1-2 weeks. Overall it is a dressy watch but I’ve been wearing it everywhere with everything. Jeans and a t shirt, the the store to get fast food, just around the house. I think dress watches are underrated because most people don’t need the specification of a sports watch day to day.
I’m glad for the time being there isn’t a Rolex in my collection. Wouldn’t be opposed to one but I don’t think it would make me any more “fulfilled” than the pieces I already own. Thanks for watching
Appreciate your channel and reviews - thanks. Seeing your collection here - I am extremely interested in a piece. Do you ever sell or trade? And is there a way to talk/communicate with you besides in these comment sections?
That Vario strap on the GS, what size did you get, 18mm, 19mm or 20mm? Just getting into the hobby and that combo will be my dream haha. But yh, got no idea on watch strap sizes haha, I've got an average wrist size, like 7inches if that helps
19mm for that typically sizing it’s more of what the watch requires. They’ll have different sizing between the lugs and will need different strap widths to accommodate. I would say with a 7in wrist you could go standard for most brands and fit it pretty well.
They make some cool stuff. I had their recently Lethbridge manual wind that I didn’t overly want to sell but can’t keep them all and can’t wear them all haha
Embrace it man, you like a large collection. If you want to give them all wrist time, type them in Excel random sort and print out the list. Then choose a day of the week (or two) to do the random watch and check them off. Over time, you'll get to them all at least once. You like them all for one reason or another, so I would keep them if I was you
That was one of the most refreshing collections I’ve seen on YT. Bravo. super original and personal - and full of quality. Nice to not have to skip through the usual hype dross pieces that everyone else buys.
Appreciate the kind words! Glad you enjoyed the look at the watches
The GS, Credor, and Breguet are *chefs kiss*… and don’t get me started on the vintage Tudor big rose - incredible!
Thank you very much. That vintage Tudor I think is underrated. Love that piece to bits.
This is absolutely one of the most stylish and interesting collection videos I've watched on here (and I've watched quite a few), your colour and strap choices are impeccable too. Can't imagine where the collection goes from here, but, I guess most of us in the hobby can agree there's always another watch..!
Very kind words Mike, thank you! And that is the collector’s eternal truth, there is just one more out there.
Very unique collection and one of the more interesting SOTC movies I've seen in a while. A breeze of fresh air amongst all of the collections consisting of the same brands over and over again.
Very impressive collection! All beautiful and sophisticated pieces. Your have great horological taste. Congratulations!
Thank you Joseph. It’s a collection I am happy to own.
Nice collection! Like the Breguet, Ming, GS and the diversity in the collection.
This is one of the most inspiring watches collection. Such a variety, from lower price to high end. The pairing straps are truly inspiring too.
Love your channel; you will be accountable for me overspending on watches :D
love that you found the Baltic beads of rice perfectly fits that zodiac. looks great.
Agreed! Weirdly enough the bracelet that comes on that model doesn’t fit me at all so I’m glad i found the Baltic alternative
Really appreciate the unique collection! Not just another Rolex video.
Your Breguet 7027 is out of this world
Those vintage watches fit you the best.👍
All in all, very interesting and fun collection!
I gotta say, this is a hell of a collection! Not a typical rolex - omega - luxury brand-ish collection
Appreciate it 👌🏻 the only problem is trying not to keep everything I see 😂
This is extremely amazing collection ❤ I believe you’re more into the no date ones!
Your collection is very versatile, unique, you do a great job
Appreciate it! Thanks for watching
I was not ready for that last watch. Mama mia pasta carbonara!
Haha thanks it’s a beauty for sure
Fantastic video. Love the grand Seiko dial, just gorgeous …
Wow. Great variety. Love the Breguet. On my list to buy.
Very well put together collection !! Finally a resfreshing choice of watches reflecting personal taste rather than the accumulation of the usual suspects. Incredible !!
Appreciate the kind words! I like the think I go my own way a little with collecting not to say the usual suspects aren’t also great
Very impressive collection...beautiful colored Dials. Continue to wear them in GOOD Health👍
Thank you hope you continue in good health as well!
Very stylish collection. Amazing watches you got!
Just kind of go with what grabs me because at the end of the day I have to like them
Was just thinking to myself the other day I'd love a SOTC and here we are! Fantastic collection 👍
Thank you! Glad I could slightly read your mind haha
Great collection of watches, particularly that final one.
Amazing collection! Very sophisticated yet down to earth as well! That Breguet is stunning! Congrats on picking it up! P.S. - Whatever you do for work... are they hiring? 😅
Appreciate it! I dig the variety. Unfortunately no positions at the moment haha
Man what an awesome and unique collection! This is exactly how I would do it, I love all of your choices 👍🏻
Appreciate the kind words! Already has changed a lot since this Snapshot 😂 but hey that’s part of the fun
Those vintage watches are perfect for your wrist size and look amazing. I think they are somewhat undervalued because many don’t wear ~34mm watches but that’s great for people who like to wear that size.
What an amazing collection. And tbh, I love when there is still people don't love Rolex haha
Sweet collection, very tasteful and fun. Thumbs up.
Thanks!!
Great video and collection. The Ming and Sartory caught my eye the most
I had been hoping you'd do an updated state of the collection! Enjoyed it very much. Was particularly surprised by how incredible your SBGJ249 looks on that strap. Stunning! Thank you and thanks for watching
Perfect collection!
Too kind 🙏🏻
Finally something different. Great collection.
I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel. What a great collection and an array of interesting watches I'd never heard of. So refreshing after years of Teddy Baldasarre's dull choices!
Kind words man. Appreciate it. I feel like I like to collect a little off center so I’m glad it resonates
Damn, stunning collection! Congrats on the Breguet!
Love that blue c ward!
Wow that Breguet caught me off guard! Insane
Haha that was the plan. It is a wild watch
Great collection 👌
That dirty dozen Omega is brilliant!
Thank you! It was very much a random forum gem I found
You have an AMAZING collection, a lot of very interesting watches.
Quite a nice collection for someone looking so young
Thank you! Ya in theory I may have one Rolex is they were readily available but they don’t overly appeal to me and there are so many options out there! Hopefully that purple Nomos brings you a smile!
I agree with the rest of the comments. Great job on the collection.
Thank you. Have done some consolidating since this video but happy overall where I’m at
Nice collection!
Wow fantastic Collection. Standouts are your vintage watches, the patina on the dials is perfect. The Zodiac Sea Wolf vintage interpretation, such a cool diver IMO. Your girlfriend made a great choice, lucky man. Your choice of watch straps works well.
Thank you! I’m not hugely into vintage but when I do I love good patina. Pretty happy with all my vintage models! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I love your collection, even those charming Timex. The most beautiful of all is probably the GS, but the Breguet is... well, a Breguet. You seem to love your Cartier, but I never liked very much that crown. I prefer the flat crown of the Santos. ❤
That GS is killer.

11:30 that looks like it has the older C63 Sealander bracelet which only tapers 2mm instead of the new one which has about 4mm of taper down to a 16mm clasp which looks more elegant.

What's the reference of the Breguet. Only found the 40mm version.
Edit: 7027bb/g9/9v6
I believe I said 7027 when I first started talking about it! Either way the reference is fully here now!
Great video really enjoyed
Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

Timex aren’t going anywhere! And the 36mm one is cool but I don’t love love it. We’ll see if anything else strikes me!

Would love review of the sea wolf
I mostly just like them aesthetically and the way they fit on wrist
nomos red looking good
Stick to buying a nice watch everytime a significant event or life-goal is achieved. That's how I buy my watches. Currently have a hesalite sandwich Speedmaster, GS SBGA 413, and Rolex Datejust (latest). Now looking at a Bulgari Octo Finissimo in Blue and a IWC Portuguese 40mm in Rose Gold
That Breguet Tradition looks incredible! I might have to consider it!
Excellent.
the nomos tetra!!!
Love your collection. Watching it wearing my SBGJ249. P/s I will have a look on the Tudor vintage big rose when I have chance to go to Japan!
A man with similarly great taste haha! And definitely do they are gems
Great mix of watches in your collection. Think an overhead shot of all your watches will be useful for your viewers.
My setup isn’t good enough for an overhead shot 😂 but maybe I’ll try to work that in next time
Its so cool now that we can buy really cool watches and flex more than someone with a rolex.. Very very nice my friend.. Im hating on ya....
Great collection. Very unique. Those Zodiac watches are fire 🔥
Ha! Thats a nice channel name. Just found you.
Haha thanks based on my middle name knight 🙏🏻
My fav micro is missing...FARER...
They make some cool stuff. I had their recently Lethbridge manual wind that I didn’t overly want to sell but can’t keep them all and can’t wear them all haha
What is the reference number of the first seiko Sar007?
It’s Sard007
Do you really wear your watches half way on your hand?
Yep
Embrace it man, you like a large collection. If you want to give them all wrist time, type them in Excel random sort and print out the list. Then choose a day of the week (or two) to do the random watch and check them off. Over time, you'll get to them all at least once. You like them all for one reason or another, so I would keep them if I was you
Fair point! It is nice having the variety.
Perfect watches 😍
Please stop whit those Frankenstein straps!😢👋🏻
Thank you! But the straps will continue!!
Bro what do you do for a living damn!!!
Spend money on watches 😂
Where's the Royal Oak, 5711 Nautilus, Submariner, Explorer II and GMT-Master II? Just kidding - glad you don't have what all the posers have.
Unfortunately can’t afford any of those 😂 and if I could don’t think I’d want them. Don’t have to spend 10s of thousands to have a cool watch
Jesus you’re loaded
