My mother has lupus and this game provides a lot of fun for her, however she messed up something, logged out and made a new account with the same exact name. In the transfer menu she now has to accounts with identical names. Which one is the old account so she can have her game back. If you know or a developer knows itd save a sick woman a lot of heartache. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Maybe you’ve already solved the problem but anyway The same thing just happened to me now and you can go do the same thing that the video suggested just don’t do the “account>password” go to the last button about cache saved in the phone and click on the username of that old acc Hope this helps!!
Yes, just long press the item you wanna replace again, and if you wanna remove alot of stuff in the right upper corner you will a yellow box click that then press the items you wanna be remove
