CASE BACKGROUND: Richard Allen, 50, was arrested on October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder in the Delphi case. Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered on February 13th, 2017, and were last seen on the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were discovered the following day on Ron Logan's private property.

With all of these confessions not matching it really wouldn't surprise me if they are pining it on him since it's so high profile just to say it's solved but not doing the work because these are Indiana police most of the time they don't do the job.
Trust me when I say the police in this state. Don't know how to do actual real investigative work

Even if RA is guilty he deserves a fair trial and this has been a joke so far and in no way fair. It's insane and very scary.

I seriously cannot believe this lunacy is still going. It's absurd that the state continues forward with all the huge holes in the case and missing evidence. It's scary to even think about someone getting convicted by it.

The general public doesn’t know what all evidence there is. There is plenty of evidence that will only come out during trial. I am not sure how you can come to that conclusion based on a RUclips video.

Judge Gull basically “Shanghaied” The Defense ….again, this time basically forcing them to withdraw their request for a Speedy Trial, because she was unwilling to budge on the length of the trial, or ask the jury if they’d be willing to go longer if necessary (I mean who puts a timeline on a murder trial that has taken 7+ years to get inside a courtroom) but I digress, or ensure them that they would have equal time to pursue their Defense.
They were afraid that the Prosecution could literally run out the clock and leave them with little to no time to defend Richard Allen.
So, she set the trial for October 14 to November 15, 2024, but she increased the time for jury selection from 3 days to 4 days.
Why? Who f’ing knows?
That essentially devours the entire first week of the trial.
Day 5 will be a wasted day because that’s a day of travel for the jury from Allen County to Tippecanoe County, or wherever they will be staying.
The Prosecution says that it’s going to take them 12 to 15 days, not including closing arguments.
That means that the Defense won’t be able to begin until approximately November 5th or 6th, giving them just 9 or 10 days, not including closing arguments.
Then there’s jury deliberations which could take anywhere from a day to a week or more.
And just a side note.
October 14 is Columbus Day is a Federal Holiday
November 5 is Election Day, that goes without saying.
November 11 is Veterans Day another Federal Holiday.
Two of these days fall directly in the middle of The Defense’s case in chief.
Judge Gull is such a f’ing c*** for setting an end date in stone.
So ridiculous!
She’s such an ogre, she has to step down if Richard Allen is to receive a fair and unbiased trial.
More like they are completely unprepared for a trial. A week before the trial and they didn't file all the important motions to exclude evidence. cause they still haven't read the discovery.

I live in Allen county. I have been a juror with Fran Gull presiding. She’s 100% professional. IMHO, she wont recuse herself. These stall tactics will only aggravate her. The defense is not doing themselves any favors here. The only way she would give up is if she is retiring or she or a family member is sick.
The justice system is absolutely frightening. Lord help you if you ever get in trouble.

Allen has really great lawyers. It’s not often you see public defenders fight for their client like they have. This judge is either incompetent, corrupt or just plain biased. I don’t believe most defense lawyers when they claim their client is innocent, but I do believe them in this case.
Is judge running 4 office or promotion?

I definitely think Judge Gull has been ruling in favor of the prosecution from day one. I don’t think that’s abnormal in general. However in this particular case, I think it’s wayyyy over the top. What a SS this whole case has been!!! I hope there is a trial in 2024.

Everyone is forgetting that he admitted he did it!! His wife immediately hung up to keep him from further incriminating himself. She is covering for him. He was there on the bridge around the time the girls were ... one of the girl's said, "He has a gun"... and his bullet was found by the bodies... The man on the bridge looks like Allen and he has the same jacket... UH.... come on Geniuses...

If he is proven to be innocent he and his family are going to have a huge payday owed to him.
Sadly his life is ruined and he will have to move and live in hiding id he’s released.

No, there is evidence to arrest him. He admitted he did it to his wife. His bullet was found by the bodies. He was on the bridge that day about the same time the girls disappeared. The man on the bridge looks like Allen. Why would he get a huge pay day if a court doesn't find him guilty?
There is no such thing as “proven innocent”. There is guilty (enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt) and not guilty (not enough evidence to convict; there is reasonable doubt).
@@AmirahJoy ok here in the states you are pretty much or you wouldn't be sitting in jail you've gotta hire a lawyer to prove your innocent or your there until Court. You can call it whatever you like but the reality is your guilty until you prove your not something most people understand I think.

I would think the family would ask for a new judge also. At this point, Allan is going to have many reasons for an appeal. That is very scary if he is, in fact, guilty.

You just said it perfectly, “ who is protecting this guy & his friends”???? It’s very obvious. It’s like they didn’t even care to hide it. I’ve said before having FBI & LE have procedures when it comes to documenting & the video’s labeling, changing tapes, typically within 24 hours and there’s written document of following such procedures. On top of that, there’s usually a detective and another room with a video equipment watching the interview and making notes. Where is this is so negligence that it slaps you in the face, it’s just so obvious they need to start over. Dismiss this case let this man go for right now. They can keep him here in the states what we’re saying is so crooked. I’m surprised higher-ups haven’t stepped in. This is an embarrassment to our judicial system and our constitutional rights.

Seems a lot of cases are being exposed whoch are built on total bs or no evidence. Which begs the question. How many poor people are rotting in prison for the sake of prosecutors padding their records.
He has placed himself on the bridge 10 minutes before the girls have been abducted. And under circumstances that he and only can be the bridge guy. Richard Allen is the bridge guy.

The 4 Girls meet RA at 1 35 to 40. he would need at least 10 minutes to walk to the platform a where he said he went and stayed for a while to watch fish. Betsy bler arrived at the trail heads at 1 47. And she will be walking the path from the intersection to the bridge and back to the intersection until 2 o clock. Behind her with a minute difference were coming slowly the 2 girls . Betsy Bler will walking to the freedom bridge and back to her car at least until 2 10. She saw no other person but the person she saw on platform A where RA said he was. RA has no exit out. He is the bridge guy. There is no way that he can escape his own testimony. Cause he has:
-no theory how he didnt meet the 2 girls
-how he got from where he was to his car with out BB seeing him again
-why he didnt see the potential alternative BG while he was moving towards his car.
Allen is BG.

I pray each and every day for the families that lost Abigail (Abby) and Liberty (Libby).. these extensions are not because of them. These suspects you all throw around aren't helping them.. please be kind and be good to the families!
Railroading a suspect instead of following the rules, and his rights does not bring justice to the families either. He needs a fair trial and conviction if he is found guilty.

Even though I think that judge should have her title stripped from her, she should never be allowed in a courtroom. She seems so corrupt, I feel like even if they switch judges that whole court system, there is so corrupt that any other judge would probably make the same rulingsjust to save face.

I think that no others were involved in this crime. It's certainly plausible for one grown man to hold 2 young teenage girls at gunpoint and direct them to where they were found. BTK, in his first crime ever,, managed to hold 4 people at gunpoint control, 2 of them being grown adults. Back then LE suspected a gang had killed the Otero family.

I’m new to this case but The weirdest thing to me that sticks out is the prison guards where he offered up the confession had those patches about the odinism cult how is that not suspect in his offering up the confession as the fall guy 👹that town seems weird to me like there is more people involved in this whole thing from judges law enforcement to towns folk

I honestly do not think that he is guilty. It's just a gut feeling and so much does not add up or make sense. I could be wrong but just not enough to convince me atm. Nonetheless, Justice for Abby and Libby needs to happen 🙌🙏🫶

Of course there is missing evidence. Ive reported evidence for years and just finally got a call from Doug Carter. I pray that he will actually finally investigate evidence i presented. I recognise first picture and voice recording match that person of Interest as a former roomate of three years. Additional information Stanley Taylor was found dead also Feb 14th a few years ago. It is not coincidence.

How do they know the voice even BELONGS to Bridge Guy??! There’s no proof of it. Another person could’ve showed up on the other side of them they got cornered and a second person told them down the hill. Or a second person was the voice and bridge guy was just a random guy who ended up walking past them! How do they know forsure BG was absolutely involved?????I say that because nothing proves it was this random guys voice. They can’t rule out that it could belong to someone else entirely!!
Also..Didn’t they find out the blonde girl who filmed BG went to meet up with a boy there? Regardless I do believe the person who killed them clearly KNEW they were going to be there and when. Not just chance. So it’s someone they knew or met online. No way a random guy just happened to come across them without knowing they’d be there. Come on!! Also, Richard Allen sounds NOTHING like Bridge Guy if that’s who they think did this. I think they have the wrong guy and that’s the biggest reason.

I dont believe they had evidence against him in the first place. They are pinning this horrific crime on this man and the families of the girls are suffering. I don't ever see justice for this case and they need to release this man. They've put him in horrific conditions and treat him as tho he was already convicted. The behavior of this judge and court is atrocious.

I do not think it can be anymore obvious that the judge is bias. It is scary how many just can not see it. Weather he is guilty or innocent. Americans are more blind that I thought. Indiana is in dire need of some major court reform. I feel bad for the residence.
