Interesting stuff. I m quite similar, lamb chops, pork chops, with mushroom and tomato, I eat some pasta, carbonara, with mushroom and bacon, yoghurt twice a week, have oranges, strawberries , mango, raspberries . Cook fish sometimes. Keto/carnivore worked for me, I felt a lot more energised and motivated. With regular exercise it's a winning strategy. Tried the whole vegetarian thing long ago, I couldn't stand it, started eating prawns and fish after a few months, then back to beef, lamb. Even for the "anti meat", brigade, vegetarian types, can get grass fed organic beef, a lot of free range meats available. I was buying kangaroo steaks for quite a while also, thats good stuff, have not had any recently though.
I am carnivore, my biggest concern about traveling into Southeast Asia is how am I going to stay eating healthy over there everything they eat is either pork or chicken and carbs lots of carbs. Everything is cooked or fried in a vegetable oil which is poison. I eat 90% beef,10% chicken and eggs, I am planning to start my traveling next year in May and this is my biggest concern
@@cryptopolus1518 don’t worry about it. You can eat at good places that will cook your food in butter. I usually cook myself it but grilled meet from street vendors
Veganism is a cult! I tried being a vegetarian many years ago and it was the most miserable I have ever been! I have been involved in sports all of my life and the training that goes with it. I'm now 68 and retired living in Thailand, I exercise for around 20-30mins every day (resistance bands and body weight) and cycle around 250-300kms a week. I weigh in at 80kgs at 1.82 cm and I'm in better shape than most guys half my age. I eat pretty much what I want, my Thai G/F is a damn great cook and I enjoy a beer in the evenings. Vegans are trying to push their beliefs on to others using fake science as the tool.
