MasterChef (I hope I've got the name right?) on Netflix has an episode w a leading Temple chef -and- Rich Roll had a podcast a few years back w a food critic who raved about that particular chef and how great her food is; everyone is trying to get her to do a book (ppl have been journeying to her temple to sit at her table (in fact that might be the name of the series--Chef's Table?)

Are there any Buddhist Temple cook books that you would recommend, especially for ingredients that wouldn't be too hard to find in the states? I am not the greatest cook but I would like to try dishes that I'm not used to and discover different foods whether it be a meal or a light dish.

Are korean bhuddist vegeterian?
Buddhist Temple cooking is vegan, not all the buddhists.
Not all Koreans are buddhists and vegetarians. There are buddhists and vegetarians in Korea.
