Paul Maravelas will discuss sites connected with ancient American Indian people as well as sites connected with the Dakota Indians of the 1800s, including ancient earthworks, sugar and wild rice camps and the Dakota sacred site at Breezy Point (or Spirit Knob).

I spent many nights at the Knudsen's cabin on Big Island during the mid-70s. There is much I do not recall from that time periodand that plaque of bones is one of them. Thank goodness they are animal bones. Great presentation and thank you for being respectful.
