There should be a TV in the MBR plus the Bed should be at least a Kingsize. I would take out the two chairs and put in a large ottoman to watch the TV.
Have to put at least a 65” TV on that wall over the FP.Hopefully that wall has been prewired for all the required video, speaker, and cable connections.
There's a home in the same area that puts this newly built home to shame its older and $50.000 more with 3 acres and has 11beds and 12& one half baths this home here is not offering much jack & Jill why
Another builder that just doesn't get it you have a great house beautiful love it then you come to a jack and jill bathroom, hey there should be no jack and jill bathroom in a seven-million-dollar, ten thousand square foot house. That jack and jill was big enough that they could have made two very nice on suites. Please don't get me wrong its a very nice bathroom but the fact is at that price point as he said on of the 100 priciest houses for sale in Arizona with a par three golf hole should have all bedrooms with on suites.
