- We don't have wild shiitake mushrooms here, so I decided to grow them myself.
This time, I planted spawns into the holes I made around the tree trunk before.
If the season is suitable, the mushrooms will be sprouting one after another in less than six months.
I planted them at the top of the mountain because first, the temperature up there is low; second, this way they won't get picked by others.
I picked out the better quality ones and made them into sauce. You can have it all the way through summer.

Cuz she 've been living with her grandparents since she was a child.She had a very pathetic childhood.Her grandpa was a traditional Szechwan(We call Sichuan) chief.Then he died when Ziqi is young.I'm also from Szechwan ,so many kids spend their children time with their grandparents instead parents.

bwe, there definitely is a camera person. Not only would it be impossible to get these shots alone, but in the beer making video it shows the hands of the person filming.
Pie Cat she might have gotten a camera crew, but it’s always been solo. it’s been her and her grandma for quite some time now. either way, she’s been doing the camera herself for a long time, and maybe until recently, she got a camera crew (heard rumors abt it)

we only see the grandmother there, besides grandma, there is a camera man and her parents there also, just look everytime the amount of food that her makes, in china normally at least 3 generations lives together, especially the grandma is still alive, her parents gotta be there too, she cant do it all by herself, growing farms and raises all animals for food, it is the parents works too, this is her shows, she only picks the food and cooks, she has lots of knowlege of cooking and arts skills that i see, also she is very elegant and beautiful lady.

Just an FYI, that shitake mushrooms (I grow them too) grows only once a year, in spring season. The fact that she does varieties of things at her place means she literally knows a lot more than a good average farmer.
How do you obtain the spawn to plant? I'd love to try this here.
I observe she’s actually pretty smart.
@@daydreamsdandelions3 Once the spawn is inserted in the wood(trunks of hard wood) and sealed with wax, it will then grow on its own. For the spawn you can contact any agri store nearby.

Like most people here, ZiQi's video was on my feed. I got curious and watched the grape dye video and I continued watching till 2am starting with her oldest videos. Last night I watched until 3am. And today I finally finished all her videos. This is pure bliss. I can't tell you how many times I have been touched by her. I miss my grandma 11 years ago i lived with her and we always go to mountain to look for food and we also go to sea to look for seafoods. I miss province life. I wish one day I could lived in province and live a normal life. My life is so toxic here in City. *The important trick* was to soak the mushrooms. They open up, when soaked.
This makes them more soft and they absorb the spices better, when soaked.
soaking dried mushroom I think. You don't need to do that with fresh mushroom, or am I wrong? hummm
