I'm probably in the minority here but I actually don't like scrambled eggs this creamy, I find them way too rich, I like a little bit of texture to them.

Totally with you on that..those eggs actually made me feel nauseous and there is no way I could eat something that rich for breakfast..probably not even dinner..All that butter and cream? oh boy

I made this mid-week just to stop the stay at home days from stringing together. Love creamy scrambled eggs, a little blender hollandaise, normandy butter, maldon flaked salt and Bob's your uncle.

Tom, I made this once on a whim as per your video and it was heavenly, since then I've attempted it over and over and the heat seems to be playing tricks on me. I swear it firms up too fast and I lose the creamy viscosity of the eggs. Going to attempt it again but it really is crucial to look at and feel the texture of the eggs. Do you pour in the cream and the extra knob of butter while it's still on the heat or do you do that after you've taken it off the heat? Thanks!

Only thing I'd do is not scramble the eggs before they go into the pan but besides that this looks elegant.

Way too much butter and cream, and to add to that a lot of butter on the toast... Since when has this become the norm to have a quarter block of butter and then cream into your breakfast.
