I'm probably in the minority here but I actually don't like scrambled eggs this creamy, I find them way too rich, I like a little bit of texture to them.
Totally with you on that..those eggs actually made me feel nauseous and there is no way I could eat something that rich for breakfast..probably not even dinner..All that butter and cream? oh boy
I made this mid-week just to stop the stay at home days from stringing together. Love creamy scrambled eggs, a little blender hollandaise, normandy butter, maldon flaked salt and Bob's your uncle.
Tom, I made this once on a whim as per your video and it was heavenly, since then I've attempted it over and over and the heat seems to be playing tricks on me. I swear it firms up too fast and I lose the creamy viscosity of the eggs. Going to attempt it again but it really is crucial to look at and feel the texture of the eggs. Do you pour in the cream and the extra knob of butter while it's still on the heat or do you do that after you've taken it off the heat? Thanks!
Way too much butter and cream, and to add to that a lot of butter on the toast... Since when has this become the norm to have a quarter block of butter and then cream into your breakfast.
thanks i cooked this morning its was really yummy specially the egg
That looks delicious and the presentation is beautiful!
Give it a go Pirate!🙌
Looks good but WAY WAY too runny

How many kilos of butter was used?
Mouthwatering I cannot wait to make this.
Thank you for your lovely compliment. I hope my recipe was able to help you in your cooking.
A little like baby food for me , but I do love salmon and scrambled eggs
Looks🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Only thing I'd do is not scramble the eggs before they go into the pan but besides that this looks elegant.
Where to get the best smoked salmon?
I buy Scottish wafer thin , M&S or Waitrose but only for a treat
Sock Eye Wild Alaskin Smoked Salmon from M&S is the one for us. Lovely smoke and texture.
this looks indulgent haha
Just a bit too soft for me but like the dish. Tomorrow’s breakfast 👍
Salmon ain’t even smoking
wouldnt say its a big portion by any means
Looks good but I don't understand the plating
the eggs needed a tiny bit longer, too runny....
Thats how its suppose to be. Its a popular dish
There’s more butter than smoked salmon hahaha
EXACTLY like Gordon Ramsay. Even makes the same exact comments and points. Kind of weird.
Thank you for your lovely compliment. I hope my recipe was able to help you in your cooking.
He does some things differently
I can feel my blood vessels clogging!
Add some b vitamins to this and some spinach, or lettuce, and this will be excellent for brain health
A lot of armchair doctors and culinarists in the comments section...
OMG So rich...........decadent...........and YUMMY certainly not for those who are watching their weight !!!!!
If you take away the vast amount of butter, it's not bad for those who are watching their weight.
The toast is burnt.
Yeah lmao and the eggs are terrible runny(undercooked). Honestly this guy has to be the worst chef video I have ever seen.
Those scrambled eggs looked like baby sick..not being nasty, they just do
Too much butter form healthy dish to unhealthy.
too sloppy for me

It's not a norm, just his recipe. You do your way
