This song alone shows how incredible a guitarist Jimmy Page is. He does it ALL live, single-handedly on the double-neck. It takes this band three guys to get it done, with not even the number of fills, nor the color of the original live Page recordings. Plus, I guarantee they’re not on half the drugs that were flowing through that poor man’s system.

I caught them in Wallingford, CT some years ago now. Great show. What surprised me the most was how the women were melting. All of them were just melting. Swaying right and left, bras and panties being tossed on stage. An incredible sight to be sure.

The musicians are so locked into the performance there is no need to look at each other. While drumming I cock my head to hear better & it looks like I'm looking into space, drifting off! FUCK boredom!! Excitement, adrenalin movement, sound, sight, presentation, performance, breathing. Is there anything I missed?
He's good but he has to pound that fill at 6:34. I couldn't hear him and he has to speed up slightly toward the end. It sounds slow because he's holding back the tempo. What's with the 1940s initials on the bass drum? This isn't a big band. This is Led Zeppelin. No initials on drums..
6:34 the big fill - the drummer has to hit harder than that. Can't hear him. He's also holding back the tempo. This song BUILDS. It gets slightly faster as it goes on toward the end and the bass player looks so bored. I can't believe that guy is standing there like that in front of everyone. He never even looks toward the drummer at all. If you're not enjoying the music, let someone else play that wants to be there. Everyone else is into it...
