You could get the one in the video for $79.99(before dealers fees and tax) or get the over under combo .410/22LR for $89.99. But of course back then ammo was dirt cheap. 22LR was less than a penny a round for American Eagle.....

Actually, because it shoots more than one bullet per single trigger pull, it is illegal off that alone. I don't know if the ATF considers it fully automatic, but they clearly state it is not a semi automatic as more than 1 shot is fired per trigger pull. So yeah, weird law.
This is why double barrel shotguns in the USA come either 2 triggers, or if one trigger can not shoot both barrels at once. 2 bullets per trigger pull doesn't = the ATF definition of semi auto.

I built one too but it was a single barrel. I also built a 9mm barrel to swap on. Very fun gun!
