And apparently the Bundeswehr has some 30mm gun's laying in storage which can be mounted on the UHT. It's what an ex-bundeswehr pilot said on his yt channel a long time ago

If it has tiger in the name, you should watch out for it. If it has tiger in the name and it's from Germany, you should _really_ watch out for it
From what I see german tigers are a still a bit toothless with the lack of 30mm cannon, compared to it's french and Spanish brothers

the difference reside in operational needs and uses
At the start of the program in the 80's
The germans needed a cheap aerial platform to counter or slow down the waves of Soviet tanks and in an environment where a NATO soldiers was expected to survive a few minutes (incase of tactical nuclear weapons)
The germans wanted something relatively cheap (which make futher sense when you see that the german tiger has the designating pod fitted above the Rotor, allowing the German tiger to see hidden behind a hill without sticking it's rotor in enemy view )it's rotor, whereas the french and spanish has above and behind the canopy and under the rotor.
The French (and in a smaller scale the Spanish) felt that the 30mm was a more economical solution than firing an expensive missile at ground troops and it made sense for France who deployed it's forces around the world as a show of Force and "Diplomatic tool" under the UN mandate. (contrary to Germany who at the time was pretty much only for Self-defense of the Nation) like in 1991 during the Gulf War, in the Balkans,Djibouti,Ivory Coast,etc..
There's was a program in 2018? to give to the german tiger it's claws (30mm) but I haven't heard anything about it.

i think this is one of the powerful attack helicopter existed but again it's one of the ugliest product of the Airbus

I just simply cant love this copter for its bad reputation for years, and awful looks, while there are far better options to choose on the market. I say it out, Europeans can't create good, reliable military helicopters
This helicopter is born from a European projet which often (not always !) f*cks up.
His bad reputation is mostly unfounded and almost exclusively comes from the USA trying to sell their equipments to other nations.
If Europeans can’t create good reliable helicopters, how come the French Dolphin is used all over the world and even by the USA? How comes the French Puma, Super Puma, Caracal are the most wildly used transport helicopters around the world? What about the worldwide French Gazelle? How come almost all helicopters used in the civilian market are European?
Seems to me you’re just ignorant on helicopters and European manufacturing as a whole, like every American is.
Australia love their Tiger heli's so much they are throwing them in the trash with the French submarines. They want American nuke subs and Apaches instead. 💪💪💪🦅🦅🦅EU is a 🤡 show.
