I spent the last 19 years of my professional career, prior to my retirement, as a testifying expert witness in matters totally unrelated to the defamation, psychological and abuse issues that formed the bases of this case. I followed the court proceedings out of interest closely. I have no prior knowledge or opinions relative to the parties of this litigation. In my 19 years of researching, reporting, testifying and observing such proceedings, I have never witnessed a less credible party, based on the evidence and testimony presented, then the defendant. The jury, without question, got this right.
@@shaut9120 I'm not an attorney, but I believe JD has three (that I know of) courses of action if he believes AH continues to defame him. He could file another lawsuit, seek a protective order or obtain a cease and desist order. Any of these options would require documentation. If you are right that if she continues to defame him, perhaps that's what he and his lawyers are doing. I doubt if JD will ever see any money from this gold digger but AH should be careful or she might end up doing jail time.

I can't help feeling sorry for Johnny watching him during these trial. He almost fell asleep at one point not because he was bored, but he was exhausted physically and metally. I hope he gets his justice.

In the segment with Camille's brilliant Cross-examination, she wanted the jury to see the angry side of Amber Heard, the woman who won't shut up and goes on and on, who makes hateful, rageful faces, who talks over people, the ridiculing Amber who is about to blow. She did that very nicely. Camille's Closing was brilliant. Johnny is shrewd. He knew it would be difficult, even painful to re-live all those memories but Truth outweighed prevarication, manipulation, and extortion. He won and won BIG!
And AH thought she was the smart one by talking over her, and by spitting out answers super quick while Camille was in the middle of an objection, when AH should have sat quietly to wait on the judges answer. She especially did this when Elaine would try to ask her a question and Camille would object and Judge A would sustain. Then Elaine would try that same question yet again, in another form, but Camille would object and Judge A sustained. After a few rounds of this, AH would just yell out the answer really quick while looking at the jury and talk over Camille and Judge A. Yeah, AH THOUGHT she was real slick! Another thing she thought was cool on her part, was when Camille would ask AH a question and Elaine would object. The judge overruled. So that means AH can answer Camille’s question after all, but AH knew Elaine didn’t want her to answer it bc she had objected, but since judge A overruled, AH had to answer Camille’s question. AH would ask Camille to repeat the question, like she forgot that quick.🙄. Then AH would say she didn’t remember or couldn’t recall. Every time Elaine objected to a question for AH, and the objection Was overruled, AH would suddenly have a loss of all of her thoughts. AH sure did think she was pulling a fast one over on JD’s attorneys! You were sadly mistaken Miss T!!💩
I had only heard clips of the later days of this trial until recently. I don’t even recognize AH’s voice in the beginning of this trial, as compared to later on! She is crazy.
This was Amber re- victimizing Johnny on a world wide stage ! She was the abuser ! She said " I just want Johnny to leave me alone" Yet every audio and video is Johnny trying to leave and Amber flipping out ! The evidence shows Johnny wants you to leave him alone but you won't!
She is still not going to leave him alone! He needs to get a restraining order for himself against her, and one for his daughter and one for his ex partner Miss Paradis and possibly even Kate Moss or any woman that Johnny shows interest in.

Yes! Of all the trials and revelations of celebrities and who they really are, what did Johnny show us? Some bad words and becoming a victim like so many of us have been due to pain meds. Johnny is a treasure. I don't state that as a fan of his celebrity but as an admirer of his personality and light. We need more people like Johnny, certainly more men like him.

2 years later, this is still so relevant. The phrase "Believe all women" is just absurd. Not only because DV & SV doesn't only happen to women, but because history has proven time and again, that many people have blatently lied about being victims of DV/SA for their own nefarious reasons (usually financial gain.) Each individual case should stand up to scrutiny before the accused suffers the consequences also, but that has rarely ever been the case.
I'm not a Hollywood followers and I barely knew who she was before this trial started. I followed it every day and I found it bewildering how someone can lie straight face to the jury even when the truth is presented in front of her eyes. Two examples: 1) her going to file for divorce with a bruise on her face six days after meeting Johnny, while there are witnesses and photos proving that there were no marks on her face the day before and the day after. 2) the owner of the trailer park in HIcksville, testifying that the trailer had minimal damage (a sconce) and her testifying that he wasn't even there, or that that man wasn't who he said he was. Unreal. Not only is she committing perjury, but with her lies she is implying that other people ( who spoke the truth) committed perjury. And there are so many other examples. Basically she's saying that everyone is lying but her. Unreal. Never once did she admit to any wrongdoing, the closest she's got is when she said "WE spoke to each other in a horrible way". There was never an "I" on anything that was done wrong. She set out to destroy Johnny and she destroyed herslef in the process. She's not intelligent and she's evil, and that's a bad combination.
She is also very strong in her belief of her delusions. She had the world and more and that wasnt enough for her and she then pulled this stunt. There is one thing to do such and such things out of desperation and then there is this she had the luxury of infinite possibilities, and she chose evil above all else. I agree 100%, she has done nothing but lie through-out this trial... and not well. She has openly committed perjury with almost every answer...many are easily proven in the court transcripts. On da 1 she stated that she had no idea that the media would be at the courthouse when she was leaving after getting the TRO. She outright said that TMZ has an office inside the building for when celebrities file for divorce, TRO's, etc... but she never could have imagined an ex-employee would ever testify to the truth... and he outright said either Amber or her team called and told them what time to be there. In rebuttal she told the court that it was Johnny's people who called TMZ... but here is the proof it was her... whoever called told them to be ready because she would turn her 'bruised' cheek towards the camera. His team wasn't even given warning that she was doing this...and they would have known she had no bruises JD didn't hit her. She also didn't expect to see a photo of her and her 2 lying friends... taken the next day, and there is no bruise and we can easily see she is not wearing make-up. Our country is being destroyed by AG's and DA's who refuse to prosecute those who break our laws. Some rap singer shot a cop in the ankle a few months ago, in NYC...and it was announced 2 weeks ago that no charges will be filed against him... with that said I doubt anyone will prosecute someone for perjury. It is almost like both sides of our gov't want it all to fall apart. If they do not begin prosecuting these liars... then our court system will soon fail too.

This was the most amazing court case i have ever seen. Better than watching wrestling, boxing, anything else of interest to me on youtube. Spent days watching most of the videos related to it. Wasn't at first on either side, but as soon as I started seeing the lies of Amber, i was on Johnny's side. Glad he wone---I know it's worth nothing coming from little old me, but I hope they keep showing amazing court cases like this in the future. Thanks to whoever were or was responisible for letting the public view it.
I hope so too. The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution requires trial by jury and public trials. Increasingly that has been interpreted as broadcast trials. And this trial was opened up for all the world to see. Johnny Depp fought to have this trial broadcast because he was willing to lay his whole life out so people could see the truth. And that's exactly what we expect of anyone who has truth on their side. Watching a publicly broadcast trial is an extraordinary thing. I got the same feeling watching the Kyle Rittenhouse trial where he went in there with politicians and activist media just spewing outright lies about him. And the world got to see what really happened, who he really was, and what he did was one of the clearest cases of self-defense one could ever see. His nearly collapsing when the jury found him not guilty on all charges was so touching. I could only imagine how Johnny Depp reacted when he learned that the jury found him completely believable and that Amber Heard was a malicious liar. Public exoneration is severely underrated and I hope we see more of it.
I actually can recommend the Jodi Arias trial. That is the case that got me hooked on trials but nothing has beat that yet( well, until now but i think they has the first place both of them)😊

I wouldn't call her accomplished. If you pay attention to Aquaman's editing, it seems choppy in places. Like, you'd expect another close-up or some other shot wedged in there in today's modern movie editing style. Some scenes feel off. The testimonies during trial explained how that came about... Poor editing team salvaged what they could.

In the segment with Camille's brilliant Cross-examination, she wanted the jury to see the angry side of Amber Heard, the woman who won't shut up and goes on and on, who makes hateful, rageful faces, who talks over people, the ridiculing Amber who is about to blow. She did that very nicely. Camille's Closing was brilliant. Johnny is shrewd. He knew it would be difficult, even painful to re-live all those memories but Truth outweighed prevarication, manipulation, and extortion. He won and won BIG!

And AH thought she was the smart one by talking over her, and by spitting out answers super quick while Camille was in the middle of an objection, when AH should have sat quietly to wait on the judges answer. She especially did this when Elaine would try to ask her a question and Camille would object and Judge A would sustain. Then Elaine would try that same question yet again, in another form, but Camille would object and Judge A sustained. After a few rounds of this, AH would just yell out the answer really quick while looking at the jury and talk over Camille and Judge A. Yeah, AH THOUGHT she was real slick! Another thing she thought was cool on her part, was when Camille would ask AH a question and Elaine would object. The judge overruled. So that means AH can answer Camille’s question after all, but AH knew Elaine didn’t want her to answer it bc she had objected, but since judge A overruled, AH had to answer Camille’s question. AH would ask Camille to repeat the question, like she forgot that quick.🙄. Then AH would say she didn’t remember or couldn’t recall. Every time Elaine objected to a question for AH, and the objection Was overruled, AH would suddenly have a loss of all of her thoughts. AH sure did think she was pulling a fast one over on JD’s attorneys! You were sadly mistaken Miss T!!💩
I had only heard clips of the later days of this trial until recently. I don’t even recognize AH’s voice in the beginning of this trial, as compared to later on! She is crazy.

2 years later, this is still so relevant. The phrase "Believe all women" is just absurd. Not only because DV & SV doesn't only happen to women, but because history has proven time and again, that many people have blatently lied about being victims of DV/SA for their own nefarious reasons (usually financial gain.) Each individual case should stand up to scrutiny before the accused suffers the consequences also, but that has rarely ever been the case.
I'm not a Hollywood followers and I barely knew who she was before this trial started. I followed it every day and I found it bewildering how someone can lie straight face to the jury even when the truth is presented in front of her eyes. Two examples: 1) her going to file for divorce with a bruise on her face six days after meeting Johnny, while there are witnesses and photos proving that there were no marks on her face the day before and the day after. 2) the owner of the trailer park in HIcksville, testifying that the trailer had minimal damage (a sconce) and her testifying that he wasn't even there, or that that man wasn't who he said he was. Unreal. Not only is she committing perjury, but with her lies she is implying that other people ( who spoke the truth) committed perjury. And there are so many other examples. Basically she's saying that everyone is lying but her. Unreal. Never once did she admit to any wrongdoing, the closest she's got is when she said "WE spoke to each other in a horrible way". There was never an "I" on anything that was done wrong. She set out to destroy Johnny and she destroyed herslef in the process. She's not intelligent and she's evil, and that's a bad combination.
She is also very strong in her belief of her delusions. She had the world and more and that wasnt enough for her and she then pulled this stunt. There is one thing to do such and such things out of desperation and then there is this she had the luxury of infinite possibilities, and she chose evil above all else. Truely the embodiement of the phrase "Some people just want to see the world burn"

I agree 100%, she has done nothing but lie through-out this trial... and not well. She has openly committed perjury with almost every answer...many are easily proven in the court transcripts. On da 1 she stated that she had no idea that the media would be at the courthouse when she was leaving after getting the TRO. She outright said that TMZ has an office inside the building for when celebrities file for divorce, TRO's, etc... but she never could have imagined an ex-employee would ever testify to the truth... and he outright said either Amber or her team called and told them what time to be there. In rebuttal she told the court that it was Johnny's people who called TMZ... but here is the proof it was her... whoever called told them to be ready because she would turn her 'bruised' cheek towards the camera. His team wasn't even given warning that she was doing this...and they would have known she had no bruises JD didn't hit her.
She also didn't expect to see a photo of her and her 2 lying friends... taken the next day, and there is no bruise and we can easily see she is not wearing make-up. Our country is being destroyed by AG's and DA's who refuse to prosecute those who break our laws. Some rap singer shot a cop in the ankle a few months ago, in NYC...and it was announced 2 weeks ago that no charges will be filed against him... with that said I doubt anyone will prosecute someone for perjury. It is almost like both sides of our gov't want it all to fall apart. If they do not begin prosecuting these liars... then our court system will soon fail too.

This was the most amazing court case i have ever seen. Better than watching wrestling, boxing, anything else of interest to me on youtube. Spent days watching most of the videos related to it. Wasn't at first on either side, but as soon as I started seeing the lies of Amber, i was on Johnny's side. Glad he wone---I know it's worth nothing coming from little old me, but I hope they keep showing amazing court cases like this in the future. Thanks to whoever were or was responisible for letting the public view it.
I hope so too. The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution requires trial by jury and public trials. Increasingly that has been interpreted as broadcast trials. And this trial was opened up for all the world to see. Johnny Depp fought to have this trial broadcast because he was willing to lay his whole life out so people could see the truth. And that's exactly what we expect of anyone who has truth on their side. Watching a publicly broadcast trial is an extraordinary thing. I got the same feeling watching the Kyle Rittenhouse trial where he went in there with politicians and activist media just spewing outright lies about him. And the world got to see what really happened, who he really was, and what he did was one of the clearest cases of self-defense one could ever see. His nearly collapsing when the jury found him not guilty on all charges was so touching. I could only imagine how Johnny Depp reacted when he learned that the jury found him completely believable and that Amber Heard was a malicious liar. Public exoneration is severely underrated and I hope we see more of it.

Like, you'd expect another close-up or some other shot wedged in there in today's modern movie editing style. Some scenes feel off. The testimonies during trial explained how that came about... Poor editing team salvaged what they could.

when she testifies it looks like a take in a movie, when an objection happens she drops the face and when it’s overruled or another question is asked she goes from one expression quickly to another no hesitation it’s insane

my ex drunk every week end and occasionally used some coke, to the point he wouldn’t know which door was his. tried to enter neighbor’s flat, couldn’t go home etc. he was snarky and nasty with words when he was drunk, but never hit me.

This Depp v. Heard case sets a precedent that “men” also get abuse from women. This was very well played by a woman that continued to smirk and then played the victim when it was to her convenience. This takes away the credibility from women that truly have experience abuse. Also, from the “Me Too” movement as well, it actually hurts the movement in my opinion.

I'm an animated and demonstrative individual so if I were a juror or sitting in the gallery I'd be shaking my head and maybe even rolling my eyes or throwng my hands up each time AH was caught in a lie..I'd either be admonished by the judge or removed from the courtroom..
