Wow. Just wow. I see a lot of restoration people take watches that look sad and dirty and then just get them mechanically working but leave them decrepit looking and say they’ve given them a new life. *THIS* is a new life! I love seeing things restored to their original glory because they’re something we’ll never get to see again as they were unless someone like you does this. This thing is beautiful and it would be a shame for it to not get to be fully appreciated like it was new. I’m sure this comment will get lost in the sea of comments, but well done sir.

So much for no Star Wars references and jokes. 😆😆 I must tell you, my friend, this was one of the most enjoyable restorations you have done so far. For the nekkid watchmaker. There's a TOS Star Trek episode, Spock's Brain in which McCoy must reattach Spock's brain back in his body. It's impossible. No human surgeon could handle the thousands, the millions of connections necessary to reattach Spock's brain, yet, armed with the knowledge of the Ancients McCoy attempts it and almost succeeds before the knowledge leaves him. Mostly done, but the knowledge gone, McCoy spends grueling hour after grueling hour stumbling through the final reconnection. This is a feat no other surgeon could have done and it couldn't have been done without the help of the Ancients. I feel more confident that I could repeat that surgical feat then I am confident that I could do, what you have done: Take apart and rebuild that watch. Bravo. 🎉
Sometimes, when I can't sleep, I watch one of your videos and it calms my mind and switches off the thousands of random thoughts enough for me to sleep. This is not to say that your work is boring.
