Best things it’s cheap and works great, I use it every round
The range finder only works if regular golfers always drop a club, and swing easy. You should make the same swing every time. A full swing (and play so you always can take a full swing. Don't just bang the ball and not have a full swing. Full swing= straighter ball). So it's a full same swing, and switch clubs to vary your distance. Drop a club, don't swing "harder". You don't swing the club "hard", you want to swing it creating "speed" or velocity.
Started golfing about 6 months ago. I tend to swing harder or softer depending on how far I think the pin is and not let the club do the work 😅. The range finder will help me select the correct club for the distance.
Not a bad swing. Just a little quick on the backswing, but if it works that is all that matters. And steel shafts hit a straighter ball. Don't worry about distance. Hit the ball straight. If a little 5 foot Korean girl can play in Pro Woman's golf, you understand quickly distance is not that big of a deal. And have fricking fun!
This is quite a good range finder. It isn’t heavy like Bushnell but is quick and precise compared to others.

Just started golfing last month because I was pulled into a tournament from my boss and now I’m hooked. Been looking into getting a range finder to see how far I can hit the ball at my local driving range. How did this range finder perform for you?
It helped a lot especially being in between the different markers and being within 100 yards
Sounds like it could be a good starting range finder for me. I’ve only going to the range recently because I’m going to another tournament on the April 25th
I really like and have been using it in all of my rounds, plus it’s tournament approved

I only bought it cause 18Birdies don’t have the right pins at the courses I play so atleast I’ll get an in between yardage on the middle of the green and the pin
@@trywithchris just tried it for the first round of the summer. Seems to be pretty good however it doesn't really lock on pins. EDIT-- you have to hold down the button for it to lock onto pins
