No but you can use its wifi if your cameras use that I use one for coverage of the backyard you need to supply the internet via ethernet in for it to work.
Could I USB Tether my mobile phone and plug it into the USB, and then plug a router into the WAN/LAN ethernet connection and make a portable Ethernet network?
I didn't try it before, but why you want do that if you can make a hotspot easily from your mobile already

You have to have an ethernet feed from your router to supply internet to the device it then broadcasts wifi out....Quite handy.

You have to run internet into the MR3020 via ethernet cable from your main router.
