The real life H&K M-416, does not have the "pew" signs for the fire selector. However you can buy custom lower receivers that will have the "pew" fire selections, for just about any rifle that is like that. Such as the AR-15, AK-47, etc.
5:03 imagine you just pause the game to do something and it's late and you hear THAT. I don't know about you but I would find my hammer and break the shit out of the ps5.

A very small detail in miles morales: While diving backwards if you hold square you will do a thinking pose, however. If you release square before swinging again miles will shrug and act like the thinking was for nought. If you hold square through the swing he continues to think until the next swing animation begins
In Dark Souls 1, within Sen's Fortress, there is a chest that contains a fire defence ring (I think, it's something flame related), the wooden chest that contains the ring is burnt, compared to other wooden chests. There is also a video which details a lot more discoveries in DS1 and DS3 by Lake of Mud.
I just watched your "20 INSANE Hidden Details In Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War" video and I would like to add a cool detail I found while playing. In multiplayer if you and a enemy call in a Air Patrol at the same time the Air Patrols will have a dog fight in the air. I recommend going into a private game of Cold War with a friend and you both call in a Spy Planes then call in both of your Air Patrols.
In the Cyberpunk 2077 detail, when he runs into the second cat, there is graffiti that says “Does he look like a bitch” and I mean.... come on. We all know what that’s from right?
one of my favorite Easter eggs is in Portal 2 co-op - sometimes, when Atlas falls into the water, they do a little Terminator thumbs up! it’s such a small detail, but it makes me so happy :D
I think the cat in Cyberpunk 2077 is a reference to a conversation you have with Takemura before infiltrating the Arasaka warehouse. He called it a Bakeneko and said they are spirits that bring misfortune and can also bring people back to life. I'll stop there to avoid spoilers.
Lol I played many times of Metal Slug game's but just noticed if you shoot a lot of bullets on your pistol and stop shooting your character will do a different reload depending what pistol they have also other Snk games have some nice details and effects from there other game's
a nice detail is in fallout new vegas, where on the place where you get a boat to go to the legion base the words''' rous et domus'' ca be seen on one of the walls witch is a referencet to monty pithon's life of bryan. (sorry for the bad english im not american)
Half-Life 2 & Bioshock also have cool item looting details. Disintegrated enemies in Half-Life 2 don't drop items. In Bioshock, you can use telekinesis to throw any object that's light enough & hurt enemies with it even if it's an item but bottled items like alcohol will shatter when you do it so you miss out on the item. If you use Incinerate to set a bottle of alcohol on fire & then use telekinesis to launch it, it functions as a molotov cocktail.
Yeah, playing Zombie Army 4, I took a break to smoke and the damn controller started whispering to me to come back and play... That blew my mind and gave me cold chills at the same time.
In the game A Way Out I figured out an Easter egg in the “fugitive” chapter. Once you reach the house you can find a piano and banjo in the dinning area. Both players at the same time have to fully play their instrument for the secret to occur.
In the Valkyria Chronicles remaster for PS4, you can hear radio chatter between allies and even enemies in-game. While this is cool in and of itself (if you kill an enemy you may hear someone yell something like "Oh god...He's dead. He's dead!" Or the enemies panicking if you snipe them from afar) this radio chatter comes out of the PS4 controller, making use of the lower quality speaker to give it serious authenticity.
I don't know if you've covered it, but in the Spider-Man 2 video game during the tutorial if you just run when Bruce Campbell tells you to web swing he'll call you out on it twice, second time saying he gonna grab a sandwich while you figure it out. Wait a bit after and when you start swinging he comes back with his mouth full.
There is one pretty cool detail that I have never noticed, I recently played black ops 1 and if you go to the fourth mission and pay close attention to masons watch and you can see it moving slightly, I thought that was a pretty neat little detail.
red dead redemption detail (not sure if you did this already but i found it) sometimes if you are away from camp for a while dutch will send someone to look for you but the chances of that person finding you are quite low :)
So to answer the question about the selector switch, you can find receivers with just about anything written on it. Part of my job is selling fire arms and we literally had a receiver with “peace” for the safety, “war” for fire, and “Deus Vult” for anyone who actually owns an auto seer or a 3BR trigger. And while we haven’t had a “pew/no pew” we’ve looked into them.
3:00 Military issue, straight out of the factory, the M416 (HK's version of the M16/M4/AR-15 rifle), does not have that on it. However, some versions of the AR-15 (the semi-auto only civilian sporting rifle variant) will feature that, and some people who build their own guns will put it on themselves. I suspect that the devs modeled the M416 in the game on one of those ARs, especially since there is no 3rd pin on the receiver.
In horizon zero dawn hunting tutorial, if you've already grabbed some wood. Rost would acknowledge it after you grabbed a second one for the actual mission
So I got one for RDR2 that a lot of people miss..if you hunt around The Elysium Lake you will find that every animal has mange, as well as the legendary fish is more or less "undead" in single player..considering Elysium comes from the Greek mythos as part of the underworld, its neat that they included that detail
There's a optional quest line that gives an in universe explanation for it and why the people of Butcher Creek are so... off kilter as well, which I thought was a neat touch by R*
5:22 "You're alone in a dark room at night. You pause the game, you check your phone and you start hearing those voices" imagine being like oh that's just creepy game sounds so you mute the TV but then you hear it again...
Speaking of utilizing the speaker on the controller, in Kingdom Hearts 3, and spoiler here, near the end of the game when Sora blacks out you can hear your companions calling Sora's name through the controller as the screen is black to try to wake him up. It's a little detail but I balled my eyes out when I heard it the first time.
In doom 3, a receptionist records your arrival to mars and will type out a status report on the computer screen. If you stand behind him long enough, he will open another window and write a note detailing how rude you are for standing behind him and watching everything he types as well as telling you to stop it. One of my personal favorite details in a game.
So the cat from cyberpunk 2077 is actually a hidden detail. They are very prevlaent throughout the game. In mission, Takemura explains how the cat shows up when someone is dying. This is seen throughout the game first when go to victor the firs time, then there is one in your apartment, and then there is another during Takemura's monlouge. So in essence you were actually correct on it being a detail. Mainly because it foreshadows Johnny's death.
idk if you've seen these, but in the newest marvel lego game in the underwater level as Spiderman you cannot swing on your webs underwater for obvious reasons, and if your a big character like hulk or thing you can pick up rocks to chuck at people, but the object changes depending on the surface your taking it from and if you do it on sand it'll fall apart.
In bf1 if you Melee a teammate and your Melee hits a peice of metal on them it makes a spark. Not sure if it works on all models but it works on sentry kit
In cold war their a new bundle you can get and in the bundle there is a slow clap and I think it a run reference to the video of those guys slow clapping
to add to the speaker in the PlayStation 4, The game transistor by supergiant added an awesome little detail to the game at the end of the game, which I love. I know this video is older, but maybe you'll see this
Deja vu is french for “already seen.” Its mostly used for when you feel like you have seen or felt something before, whether or not that was in a dream or real life doesn’t matter as much as long as its a specific scenario you feel like you have previously experienced. I tend to get deja vu about conversations where i could swear I’ve had the conversation before but no one else remembers it.
idk if you have already checked this out or if anyone else has pointed this out but check out cyberpunk 2077s photo mode and check out the position you can have your player do there are a TON of movie references in that bit
Most real fire selectors, if they have full auto, depict either 3 bullets for full auto, one bullet for single fire, and a bullet with a line through it for safety
Some models of the real-life M416 (the HK 416) actually _do_ have similar markings. In real life, the red ‘PEW’ marks are red bullet symbols, and the safety’s ‘NO PEW’ is a white bullet with a slash through it.
The thing that I like about Red Dead Redemption 2 is that in random points of the game and Blizzard will happen in places it's not even supposed to happen like for example a blizzard skin starting Valentine if you visited the snowy region very recently or even in the desert it can start happening starting a blizzard
In rdr2 if you stand still in front of a grizzly bear he will not attack you and eventually go away (real life technique to save yourself from a bear). I think they get scared of your fierce eyes
i just started playing zombie army 4 because it was free, and it is so much fun. i’ve seen it on this channel many times and i’m glad it was free. definitely pick it up👍🏼
you also get poisoned fish from the lake by butcher creek and all the animals around there are mangy! you probably already knows that lol but i love that detail
