I'm back with a video about my new set up to head into the 2024 season. I've chosen a new coach and gone through the reasons of what it was that led me to make the decision.
lol, I cracked up at the 'Al might coach me topic'. When I agreed to train to be a scuba dive instructor, the only condition I laid down was that I wasn't going to teach my wife :)
I hope that the change of coach will give you that edge you are looking for in your training, and of course in your 2024 racing as well. And yes, this winter has been flipping atrocious and it is no where near over yet either 😬
