    탕종을 넣어 더 촉촉하고 쫄깃한 우유 식빵을 만들었어요~
    탕종은 물과 밀가루를 5 : 1의 비율로 섞어 팬에 볶아 12사건 이상숙성시켜 사용하는데 탕종을 넣으면 더 식감이 좋아진답니다~
    반죽하기 1~2시간 전에 실온에 미리 꺼내두었다가 사용했어요~
    달걀을 넣지 않아 색도 더 하얗고 맛도 더 담백한 것 같아요~
    저는 제빵기로 반죽했는데 손반죽으로는 15분 정도 매끄러워질 때까지 반죽해 만드시면 된답니다~
    이 식빵은 굽고 뜨거울 때 바로 찢어 먹는 맛이 정말 좋은 것 같아요~

      손반죽으로 할 때도 반죽기를 사용할 때와 동일하게 버터는 처음부터, 그리고 녹인 상태로 넣으면 될까요?? 답변해주시면 감사하겠습니다😊

    I've been making this bread for my family for years now, it's one of my absolute favorites! Takes a little practice to get it right, but 100% worth the effort.

    To anyone wondering, I left the flour water mixture in my fridge for 6.5 hours and it worked well too. Amazing recipe! Thank you for sharing!

      I let it sit until room temp 30 minutes and it was fine! Bread was perfect!! I make ALOT of bread and never let a slurry sit 12 hours?!? Theres no yeast in it - its not a "sponge" or sourdough so its not logical to let it sit that long!

    Great! I did not let the slurry sit for 12 hours just until room temperature. I did not use a bread machine just mixed it up like a regular bread recipe liquid, yeast, sugar , then slurry, flour, salt and butter. Kneaded with kitchen aid dough hook. Two 30 minute rises- then bake! Beautiful pillowy milk bread! A+++

    진짜 게걸스럽게 뜯어먹고 싶다... 갓 나온 식빵 잡아뜯으며 아뜨아뜨! 하면서 아무것도 안바른 저 하얀식빵 쫙쫙 째서 하얗게 올라오는 김을 감상하고 싶음ㅜㅠㅜ

    저 이번에 처음으로 식빵 도전했는데 완전 성공했어요!! 집에 반죽기나 제빵기도 없고 실리콘매트나 작업대같이 반죽하기 좋은 곳도 없어서ㅠㅠ 그냥 계량할때 쓴 스테인리스 볼에 두고 손으로 엄청 열심히 누르고 늘리고 치대고... 아무튼 처음 만드는거라 많이 걱정했는데 생각보다 발효도 잘되고 굽고나니까 너무너무 먹음직스럽게 잘 구워졌어요ㅠㅠㅠ 진짜 최고ㅠ 무엇보다 갓 만든 식빵이 이렇게 맛있는거라는거 처음 알았어요... 와... 진짜 다른거 필요없이 빵만 먹는데 너무 맛있어요.... 매일매일 이것만 먹고도 살 수 있을 것 같아...

    Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I already did it 3 times and it is so delicious. After the first try I changed the amount of sugar (half of it) and salt (double), so I have a kind of bread thats also good with cheese and not just sweet things :)

    I made this bread today, came out better than I expected it to be actually. It's my very first time making bread! Thank you Cooking Tree! It's a very long process to make this bread, glad I have the patience to make this 😁 but mine was not as fluffy as theirs. Overall it was amazing and definitely worth the time to make this delicious bread 😄

      @@daffydaffodil2458 you're welcome! 😊 But I didn't use unsalted butter, I used margarine which is salted and added less salt since I didn't have any unsalted butter or butter. So I think that was the reason why it didn't turn out as fluffy as cooking tree's 😄😅

      @@Star-mn7gr I don't think so (I'm not an expert) but there's another video that said to refrigerate it for 6 hours from "Umi's baking". So I think you can follow that instead if you want 😄

    if anybody is wondering, i tried this recipe! the dough was a little bit sticky but the bread turned out super soft and smelled good. it tasted like average milk bread, like the ones you find in asian bakeries.

      For how long have u been kneading the dough? Mine after 10 minutes was ultra sticky.
      PD: I used the exact measures.
      PD2: I knead by hand

    I tried your recipe. It was good, but the fermentation time was a bit off. It took around 1h15 for the second time, instead of 30 minutes.
    Otherwise it was a success. Thanks :)

    Usually with breads like this you add the butter softened in the end... I wonder what is the reason its melted here

    i've tried this recipe 2 times and my dough is still very sticky after kneading and im not sure what's wrong ): i couldn't even touch the dough to remove it from the bowl as it's too sticky.. i added flour little by little and it was slightly better but still sticks to my fingers a little.

      You gotta knead it (gentle kneading and not forceful/aggressive tearing of the dough) also do not add any flour when kneading because that disrupts the flour/liquid ratio. If you kneaded the dough for 10 minutes by hand, let it rest for a minute and go over again as needed.

    안녕하세요. 레시피로 빵을만들었는데 넘 맛있어요.그런데 탕종이 먗그람인지.알수있을까요.?
    물125g 밀가루25g 끓여서 냉장해뒀다가 통채로 다 넣으면 많이 질어요. 만들어진후 탕종을 몇그람인지 알수있나해서요~

    Ive made this bread already (cause of the video) and its suuuper nice but i have a question: why do you need to do that first step with flour and water?
    Im not really smart when it comes to kitchen stuff 😂😅

      You can google water roux or tangzhong to find out

    sorry in advanced if you've already answered to someone but I am hoping you or someone would respond to my question. Why do you keep that flour-goo (don't know the technical term) in the fridge for 12+ hrs? Can we just let it chill to room temperature and use it right away?

    Idk what I did wrong but the dough was very sticky. I added flour but that didn't work. I followed the recipe to a tee.
