      Thank you! I tried a wash n go a couple days ago and I will definitely be doing one again! I used Pattern Beauty products. Washed with the Hydration Shampoo, Used a little of the Leave in Conditioner and the Styling Custard. I did a combination of using a diffuser and air drying to dry it. ❤️

    I use a strip of interfacing to stabilize my shoulder seams when I dont have stay tape. I prefer the tape but in a pinch light weight interfacing works well.

    Have you tried eloflex thread, it's a stretchy thread for knits, I find that it works wonderfully. Plus I LOVE your videos! Thank you for taking the time to make them.

      Thank you so much! I have not but I’ve heard great things about it. I have tried Seraflex from Mettler and wish I had an olive color because I would’ve used it ❤️ thanks for sharing about Eloflex!

      How do these stretch threads hold up to hear and time? I know it's still fairly new but have you experienced loss of elasticity or popped stitches?

      @ Holds up very well, I haven’t experienced popped stitches or loss of elasticity

    I discovered stretch thread. It works great on knits. I used it in my sewing machine, needle and bobbin.

    I use Maraflex thread .... it is stretchy so no popping seams when you use straight fabric!

    Love the color of the dress! How do you film your sewing sections of the video? The camera seems so close and the view is so clear so we can see what you are doing. Love your videos.

      Thank you so much! I have a camera on a tripod zoomed into the machine to show that part and another camera and tripod over my table to show my hands constructing it. ❤️

    I was not going to get that pattern until I saw you make it up. I had to get.! I have over 400 patterns and started to slow down on purchasing. So I’m extremely selective on what I buy..

    Brittany, where do you get those weights that that you put on the material to hold the material down to cut it out.

      Hi. I get the big silver washers from Lowe’s, (any hardware store would probably have them) those work great. And I also have weights from @ravenmaureen Etsy shop.

      Can you show the washer that you have from Etsy so that I can see them. Also do you have a a video on how to learn to sew on a surger. if so, can you let me know where it is so I can find it to look at it.

    So when you top stitch are you sewing the Seam down or are you sewing on the opposite side?

    This came out great! Did you use regular thread or the Seraflex?

      @@gwenhodge30 I used regular poly thread because I didn’t have Seraflex in that color, if I had it, I would’ve used it.
