the stress of reopening my gym after spending a lot of money to renovate it has been turning me into a very negative person. I didn't realize it until my 6 year old son pointed it out to me. I have been on a mission to get the old me back and it led me to this page. thank you for the positive energy.
Jason dunno if you come on this anymore only just found it, I have cancer and low confidence since I found this I've been a different person and more positive about my treatment and beating it, also more TV work is coming in and I may attain my goal of a film or a TV series thanks brother

Then someone whom I called to do me a favor, when they came to get me, they started to question the decisions I'd made for the day..... they went from asking questions, to being judgemental, to critical.....I was overwhelmed bc it was unwarranted and put of the blue.... and happened to be the day I was purchasing a new car.....I found this... put in ear buds....turned it up.....Thank God for having something else to fill my mind space...... Here's a helpful tip. Listen to this while you're asleep. While your conscious mind is asleep, your subconscious mind is still taking in information.
