    I LOVE the way ripe green bananas taste. I always wrap the top stems on the bunch to keep them greener for longer

    Do we need to cook or boiled the unripe green bananas to get the benefits mentioned or eaten raw as is? Hope you will enlightened us further. Thank you.

    Green bananas. The benefits are only from unripe bananas. If you cook them you destroy enzymes, vitamin B’s, vitamin C’s, I but you still get the other benefits from green bananas.
    As the banana ripens it uses up the health benefits so yellow bananas are just mostly carbohydrate.

    I drunk this. On third day blood come in my urine so i immediately discontinued drinking. Kidney problem
