EPIC BOATING FAIL while Chasing Lake Fork GIANTS

I ended up finally getting in a few hours of a morning bite on Lake Fork and made my goal 25lbs in 5 hours in my best 5 fish. I caught some absolute donkeys and it felt good after I made a huge bone headed boating fail the previous day! My boat fell off the trailer on the boat ramp. Join me on this fun video! Dude thats not as bad as when i launched my boat one time on a launch ramp that was covered in moss .i got in the boat amd backed it of tye trailer..i noticed that i couldnt get it off the trail and was like wtf. Well what was really happening was that my truck was pushing my boat out as it was sliding into the lake down the launch ramp.this was at lake Hodges in escondido ca. Well i dukes of hazard it and jumped from my boat into the back of my truck and swung in the open drivers window .when i got in i put my foot on the brakes noticed the parking braking was on and had no idea why i was sl8ding into the lake .well when the water got to about my.butt the ramgers were yelling at me to get out of the truck .so i cl8mbed out.the window and watched my truck sink into the lake about 15ft deep..that was a lesson i learned not to put your back tires in the water when the lake has neglected to clean the launch ramp like they are suppose to do with the launch fees that we pay. I was pissed of. The city helps by giving you a free pull out of the lake with a scuba diver. He almost cracked his domb falling about 5 times the moss was so bad. I tried sueing the city for damage to my truck but they found ways to deny me .anyways if you have to put your tires in the water always bring something to cock your front tires with to keep this from happening .hope this story helped you feel a little better about you leaving your boat on the ramp high and dry .lol.and fyi i am not and was not a rookie boater at the time either.i just pa8d no attention to how much moss was on the ramp from the start .hope this story helps keep otheres from making the same mistake as me.god bless and have a nice day.stay bent
