The Reflex is not a black DJ's squad based in Detroit as you thought, he's known as Jean Pierre Noel and most probably French or Canadian? not bad piano player, he's most into disco but left us those funk pearls in youtube. He's a 360 degrees music creative, spreads over all kind of music, he has a playlist on spotify now, listen to the beautiful the 5th of beethoven. He's partly a dj, but mostly a musician.
