How to fix Sony wh-1000xm3 headphones anti noise cancellation problems

My Sony wh 1000xm3 headphones have been lifesaver, but suddenly one of the headphones had some issue, when ever I turned on ANC mode one of the headphones made hissing noise, and when music started, then sound of bass made really weird sounds in it, so I could not use my headphones with ANC mode on.
I looked on the internet for the fix and I could not find solution, rather than replacing the ANC microphone, in the middle of the headphone!
But since there are no specification - nowhere, what microphone you should buy, I tried most cheapest ones from Aliexpress and then I even tried professional one, and none of them worked, where finally I started to look for used ANC microphones for these headphones and I found on Aliexpress that you can buy used ones!
But it is tricky, since it is easy to scam with mics, so I was really happy to buy working one!

This problem with ANC is not just for xm3 model, but as well for xm4, but for both there are same microphones! :)
Do not throw out your Sony anti noise cancellation headphones, if you have same issue, You can fix it by yourself and compering to a new set it is not expensive to fix. And xm3 are still great ANC headphones, by doing some research it is hard to find any better in the area of ANC, so definitely worth to try to fix them!
