Oh the Hoya lacunosa ‘Black Queen’ is stunning!! Maybe someday I'll be lucky enough to add it to my collection. I'll most likely have to wait a long time before that happens though. lol
I only have two Hoyas right now. I have a Hoya wayetii and a Hoya chelsea. The hoya chelsea was the hoya that actually pushed me to order plants online. My local place doesnt have many choices. But i shop all my supplies there! And I have a Hoya wayetii that is special in part because I purchased it from Harli G, and for some reason, I just really enjoy looking at it, checking on it. It inspired me on mixing my own soil. I'm very new to keeping houseplants. And I'm really loving the inspiration that it gives me despite it being so plain. I don't find it particularly beautiful or interesting but something about it makes me want to do and be better. Lol It sounds weird typing it all out, but I really do love the little cutie.

It just felt like everything I wanted and was ready to do for the world, our country was rejecting. So the little wayetii inspiring me, also means so much more because it's reminding me what I adore about plants and pollinators. Not to put to much pressure on it or myself, but I feel like it's reminding me of my purpose and my love for science and plant life. And that is a gift that I cherish so deeply that I can't even put it into words
