  • i found the HP Photosmart M425 for just over $5 while thrifting for cameras, this mid-2000's pocket digital camera is a #digicam breath of fresh air for photographers now in 2024. i had an absolute blast using this camera and was beyond impressed at the aesthetic that was coming out of each picture.

Does film simulation for DIGITAL VIDEO sound intriguing?

Really interesting vibe on this camera, looks like everything you shoot is 10 years in the past, 2000's vibes for sure. Very cool!

This was my first digital camera! I bought it from Best Buy for about $120 back in 2006. I loved how easy it was to use and how it could take video. It served me well on many trips and it stored many great memories. Before this, I was using a point and shoot film camera, so this was awesome upgrade at the time.

Very cool! $120 seems like quite a good price for this, especially given the state of transition from film to digital. Must've been an amazing experience transitioning technologies like that.

I have this camera and I feel as if it shoots pictures in a cool tone is there anyway to make it more warmer?

yes! there is a way to adjust the white balance, try shooting in a mode like "cloudy" where it makes everything look warmer :) thanks for watching!
