This is exactly the problem. My dad would have killed me long before we got to this point. In others words, if I fucked up I would need the police to protect me from him.
I just don't get why young ones like this think that screeching and squealing is going to accomplish anything. Weather it's at the relatives, friends, police, or anyone for that matter. If I were to act like this, my parents would have spanked and grounded me. I'm guessing his "parents" couldn't or didn't want to deal with this unruly child. Thats why I think he has a "guardian". I believe the guardian made the right choice here.
