Happened to me today (probably not first time but the most notable and impactful one so far) was crazy 😅 ; also first time I took melatonin in a month or two maybe had something to do with it used to have sleep paralysis so I hear this is a version of it

Mine was this flying orb with spears at the end floating in my bedroom I thought it would shoot the spikes out at me so I ran into the living room and waited for like five minutes till I went back in my room and nothing was there and went back to bed
