being a relatively new player, I would like to see some bo1 events, man, if you can... it's the best way for new (but also old) players to improve the collection and progress in the game and create new decks... also no one does bo1 events, I don't know why (I searched far and wide on yt) and I think it would be very useful and interesting for many.. also ranking in the leaderboard is not that difficult, you just have to win one more game than those what do you lose... the events are more difficult (you find more focused players with the best deck they can put down) and the rewards are very good (while they are not for the rank)... anyway, I signed up to help you reach your 1k goal ;)
I opted for Drown in Ichor over Infectious Bite since Infectious Bite relies on having a creature on board, but Infectious Bite is probably better since it also triggers Venerated Rotpriest.
@@mcfluffy52 I hear ya! I’ve been running both and there are times where I have Ichor in hand and I wish I had bite bc it can’t even kill the stupid thing they’ve grown with all their enchantment triggers or that one extra rotpriest trigger would’ve sealed the deal, but there are also times I wish I had Ichor instead of bite because it can’t remove a damn thing from their board without deathtouch in play or I don’t have a poison counter yet to proliferate or so on lol. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t either way! 😅
I would definitely attack first at 11:20. It’s unlikely they will block, then the proliferate will actually get you a poison. Maybe maybe you don’t want to risk the trade
Yeah I agree I think it's highly unlikely they block unless they had a bunch of replacement creatures since they probably wanted another creature to transfer the counters to. Probably could have gotten away with it. If they do block the Hard-Hitting Question is less useful though since it is unlikely to kill anything with the Rotpriests.
Made this in paper yesterday besides a few cards I’m waiting on. Tested w/ proxies against my friends and they were not loving it 😂 im new to the format so how long will this be legal for with the all will be one cards?
I've been playing with a slightly different version of this deck but there have been a few matches where as soon as I dropped a toxic creature they scooped. Kind of disappointing because I have no idea what deck they were playing. Maybe they would have won.

Infectious Bite is another Hard Hitting Questions effect for two that also gives a poison counter - definitely belongs here.

This deck is the bane of my Boros burn existence
Yeah this deck is brutal. It what I used to climb through platinum.

I like the 3 drop proliferate 4/4 trampler with the axe. adds insult to injury
I thought about playing it but decided against it since it seems a bit slower to get going as a 3 drop
Havent seen anyone try leyline axe, looks tasty and I might try this :)
If you're looking for another deck to try the axe in a channel named Crokeyz put out a boros equipment deck which seems pretty decent also

"Phyrexia: All Will Be One" rotates out of standard September 2025, source: draftsim.com/mtg-standard-rotation/
Glad you're enjoying the deck!
Oh that leyline is nasty in this
This is disgusting and i love it. Good job
Been seeing fynn decks for a minute now.
In standard? He became standard legal this Nov. 15th.
I've already gone 4-0 with this. People REALLY don't like playing against poison 😂

No Phyresis Roach?
This is a standard deck. Phyresis Roach is only legal in Alchemy or Historic which are different formats. Hope this helps
