Well yeah, the current Arc in the anime is by far the longest of the entire manga, but knowing how Studio Bones is adaptating it (2 and a half to 3 chapters per episode) is not like they have to put the beginning here because then it would be no space in the next season. This new Arc in the Manga have 40 chapters so is probably that it's gonna last 14 to 16 episodes in season 4 (that is my prediction).
Just for the record since they didn’t translate it in this episode (which I hope they will translate it for season 4) the organization overhaul is with that was said in Japanese (I can’t spell it in Japanes) translates to the eight precepts of death.

I just realized something mirio said that when he fazes through stuff even light passes through him so he can’t see so that would mean since light can pass through him when he fazes no one should be able to see him because how eyes work is light gets reflected of an object goes into the cornea then special cells called photoreceptors turn the light into electrical signals. These electrical signals travel from the retina through the optic nerve to the brain. Then the brain turns the signals into the images you see. So when mirio fazes any part of his body no should be able to se it since light is passing through it.
Oh, Deku's *definitely* the problem child. He's gotten himself involved in every instance of the LoV running across UA students so far and has broken the rules or bent them multiple times already, not to mention his near-constant visits to the nurse's office early in the school year xD Season 4 Hype is here~ Just a few more months~!
Hearing Mirio explain how his permeation quirk works reminds me of those Super Mario 64 speedruns where the player makes Mario phase through various parts of Peach's castle through a bunch of long jump glitches. If Mirio was in Super Mario 64, he'd break the game lol.

You should watch the season 4 preview shown at anime expo its really good. btw expect season 4 to be a lot darker then u think
