Visual Quality Control In Collision Repair

Quality Control is a visual process that requires the technician, not the estimator.
This highly visual QC format allows for easy, in-process access by the person or persons performing the task. The dry erase sheet with pen attaches to the vehicle’s steering wheel, door handle or other component with the supplied 2 inch ring. As the vehicle moves through the various repair stages, including ADAS, the QC process and requirements will be first to mind as the visual reinforcement is ever present.
QC sheets also serve as an excellent performance tool during production manager or estimator morning shop walks.
Each order contains 10 laminated QC Sheets, clip ring and dry erase marker. The front of the sheet contains the Department Checklist; the back contains the Repair Diagnostics.
