    Hello, I love watching your videos they give me ideas for tasteful mods for my Int 650 .I'm planning for aftermarket suspension as well. I'm confused with which one to go for. There's Way 2 Speed which are economical, YSS which I see is preferred by most of the Folks using them and then they're Ohlins as well. I wanted to know whether you considered Way2 Speed or not and does YSS ones justify the premium over W2S. I use my bike for Daily commutes and weekend rides as well.

    My bike is a 2021 Canyon Red Interceptor 650. It has heavy wobble issues. What changes do I need to make to my Interceptor? Will changing the front suspension solve the wobble issue, or do I have to change the spoke wheels to alloys? Please explain.
    I am getting really frustrated with this bike. It is showing me a lot of complaints. The fuel pump has been replaced, and gears 3 and 6 have also been replaced. The bike is showing me jerks after upshifting and downshifting, like something is dragging when I accelerate and decelerate. What do I have to do to this bike? Do I need to stay positive and clear all of these problems, or do I need to sell it?
    Please answer my question.

      You've bought this motorcycle means you do like it. So hold on to it and try these few things in the video. If it truly fails then you may sell it by all means.

    Sri - I also have these same suspensions. but for my i found the front to be very very hard and would jolt me. I had to have them at the softest setting. Why do you think is happening?

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  Год назад +1

      Could be due to various reasons. I'm no expert, but yes preload and sag settings play an important role. And it is equally important to know how a suspension should behave in order to get the most out of it. Planning a video on it, but it won't be anytime soon, I want to do something different, else people, including me will get bored of seeing so many suspension videos one after the other. lol Thank you for watching this video though!

    Do you think the öhlins front fork suspension would be better than this? They are about the same price, the öhlins being a bit more pricier than the YSS. I'm looking for something sporty which gives good feedback at high speeds and corners and especially something that doesn't do the death dive when you apply the front brake.

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  Год назад

      Ohlins would be expensive than this, and they serve the same purpose. This is a comparatively a cheaper alternative. Performance wise I don’t know, never ridden a motorcycle with Ohlin suspension set up, but I hear they are pretty good.

    what did you set the rebound to on tue rear shocks please, i found that i needed to back off the preload on my rears, if you push the bumpstop up by hand, then go for a ride on bumpy road you can see how much actual suspension travel you are using, for me it was only around 20mm on top of rider sag no clearly i had it set too stiff, good luck

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  Год назад

      Thank you for this tip. My rebound setting on the rear shocks are about 14 clicks from soft towards hard. and the preload is about 18 rings. It feels lovely on open roads, but sadly in New Delhi, India, there are a lot of speed breakers. I will have to dial them to a softer setting.

    Great video, I have just ordered the YSS front suspension upgrade to go with my YSS eco-line rear shocks as I am hoping it will help the bike feel more planted at higher speeds. With the RE original setup it felt very unstable when riding at 80 - 100 . Do you have any feedback on this? Thanks!

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  6 месяцев назад +1

      Oh yes it is very planted at triple digits. My advice would be to take your time with it. See what suits you, what is best for you. And eventually you will find that sweet spot which not only makes your ride comfortable at high speeds but at low speeds too.
