- Hi there! Welcome to this train building video in the Sims 4! Today I'm building the Steampunk Express. This is a train, high upon a bridge between two mountains, completely in Steampunk style. The interior of the train is converted into a Victorian and Steampunk style house.
In this video you can see how I'm building mountains, tunnels, a bridge and of course the train, all on a 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay, the world that came with the Cats & Dogs pack for the Sims 4.

You should make a sims seed/precreated world. I feel like all your builds would make good backstories and it would be cool if they all existed in the same universe, maybe one that is set in the current modern and post apocalyptic future. As always good job on your build its amazing!

I can't even build a house. This is amazing
I can't. My brain couldn't even properly process what I was seeing at the beginning, I was like "wow yes a steampunk train, amazing!" it didn't even register yet that THE ENTIRE MOUNTAIN AND BRIDGE were also part of the build until a few seconds later, and I had to get up and take a 5 minutes break. Your building skills and creativity are scary.
this reminds me so much of the movie ‘snowpiercer’
The show just came out on Netflix, I wonder it that's what inspired this build
Biggest inaccuracy is no weird engine room driver's seat for a kid in a trance to use while Chris Evans yells "noooooo"

TOOL mod is totally okay imo because 1) its free 2) the person downloading the build doesn't require it so you're good

using the mod is no problem. dont be so hard on your self. everyone uses it for 1 item or more. your builds are very creative and so unique .... keep using what ever it takes to blow our minds.....

TOOL mod is perfectly ok in my mind since it doesn't require anyone downloading it from the gallery to have it or anything special. It's an awesome, unique mod in that way.

lovely build - it definitely makes one think of steampunk when you see it, i love it. as for the tool mod, i think you should utilize it as much as you can, it’s a great mod and if you’re able to create more detailed or advanced build with it then there is no reason not to, right? that mod opens up a whole new world, sims 4 is still so restricted with building and such, so it’s amazing that simmers have created something ea should’ve made a long time ago. anyway, i look forward to all of your builds - theyre amazing 💘

Have you ever played around with Planet Coaster? You can create absolutely stunning coasters and parks. I don't ever play the live mode, I just build. Mountains and homes, a huge scenic pirate cove with Kraken tentacles, and you can actually "ride" any roller coasters you make in first person, letting you experience the amazing world you've made.
I'd love to see what magic you pull!

Steampunk is retro futurism. Of course it's how people during the industrial revolution saw the future. That's the definition of Steampunk, no matter how you personally view it.

Ow the train and built is amazing but what amazed me the most was all the exterior building, with rock, bridge ect.. That really created a magical aura ! Good job

Ohhhhhh! This is so cool! My community asked me to do the Snowpiercer and I always said it doesn’t make sense, since the train is huge and wouldn’t fit so many wagons on a 64 lot. This is an amazing compromise!! Love this so much!!

This is incredible! When I saw the preview at the beginning I thought the actual bridge was part of the game and couldn’t understand how I hadn’t seen it before lol. And the train itself and the fact you made it using such precise detail is amazing!

Hi! Your terminology is actually pretty spot on! The locomotive is the self-propelled portion at the front that holds the engine and the train consists of everything that trails behind😁 Amazing build and I love your use of the T.O.O.L mod!!!
