Got my new DVDs today and I just completed my first workout. The RUclips videos are wonderful, but I really, really liked the DVDs. I loved the cool down song - what a great way to end my workout. Thank you ladies for sharing your faith & fitness! This is what I have been looking for for a long time ... so glad God led me to you guys ... Thank you!!!

I just absolutely love this cool down the girls look so happy and a great song makes you feel great and they use this in one of my eating at Zumba workout and I have a playlist here. It's the perfect ending thanks ladies!

Out of curiosity: the lady in the center alternates between doing grapevine both ways and doing the grapevine one way (her left, viewer's right) and doing a walk back to the other side. The other twpo stick with grapevines both ways, so I'm curious if one is the viewer's choice to do?
Hi, Zoe! :) I know it has been four years since you asked, but I love some of their older dances so I go through them sometimes. I noticed your question and thought I'd answer. I am also a REFIT instructor these days. LUCKY ME! The beauty of REFIT is that these wonderful young ladies have made it a comfortable activity for everyone to do, no matter their dance ability. They have left the strict rules of instruction behind and made it clear to us to encourage people to just move their bodies and follow along as they see fit. We all interpret music differently, and we all move our bodies differently. I LOVE that REFIT is a no-judgement zone! I encourage the people who come to my class to feel free to stand and clap, march in place, or simply add their own unique steps and movements! I LOVE to see the different styles and smiles! I hope you've been enjoying REFIT all these years! If not ... There are some OUTSTANDING new songs out there! CHECK 'EM OUT! ;)
I loved all you guys routines but i would like to request the Dance song by Jesus Culture if you can, liked all the Christian routines God Bless you all, thanks and keep up the good work

El Señor les bendiga no se inglés pero me gustaría saber si ustedes son cristianas pues la mayoría de sus coreografías tienen contenido cristiano, le doy gracias a Dios poro sus vidas tienen unas coreografías muy bien estructuradas, bueno todo esto a que va, el Señor a puesto en mi corazón un medio de compartir la palabra, el programa se llama VIDA SANA lo realizó en un salón sociocultural del ayuntamiento de Albacete en España, la verdad sabemos que la palabra de Dios es viva y eficaz, este país esta endurecido pero para Dios no hay nada imposible. He sentido algo muy especial cuando vi las coreografías, y sentí del Señor hacerles participes de este programa. Me gustaría recibir una respuesta. BENDICIONES

I wish this song was a work out. It has too much potential for creativity and joy and muscle burn. Thought the cool down was unnecessary and boring.
